I’m writing to formally file a complaint about the unacceptable customer service I experienced at your Domino’s location on Bryant Blvd in San Angelo.
I visited the store intending to order three pizzas, only to be told by the employee on duty that I could not place an order in person and had to use the online app. When I asked for help navigating the app, she refused to assist me. I then asked if she could just take my order directly, and she flat-out said she didn’t want to do it.
That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and reflects poorly on your brand. I ended up taking my business elsewhere, and frankly, I don’t plan on returning unless there’s a serious improvement in how customers are treated.
I hope this matter is addressed and that your staff is reminded that customers should be treated with respect—not turned away or dismissed. If this is the level of service you intend to maintain, it won’t be long before you lose more business in this town.

Was a good experience. I ordered over the phone, and they were really patient and walked me through the ordering
This was a great experience! I did carryout tonight and received a free large new York style pizza with my rewards points. I also had the bread and cheese deal. Both were wonderful. I asked for napkins and was given a stack and about 8 paper plates. That's definitely a unexpected bonus. Most places won't even give. Napkins anymore and definitely don't give paper plates. 5 *
They rarely ever mess up an order, unlike several other pizza places. Always on time, polite, deliveries on time, & staff is awesome. (Give Jimmy a raise)
The representatives at this Dominos location are the very best!!!! Hands down!!!! I am so thankful for their outgoing service.

Ever had a eating disorder and not eat for day and then finally get hungry and order just to have your delivery driver be so RUDE CRUDE AND MISERABLE over not having change for $100 that you just walk back in side and cry? Thats what just happened to me so ya know do with that what you will. Dude learn some compassion ok PS I asked nicely what my options were as I have money in my bank as well and was very rudely told and I quote "I don't know what your options are but I don't have change" hmm well you know what just never mind then.

I needed 30 pizza's last minute for an event and called Dominoes an hour and 30 minutes in advance. The pizzas were hot and ready on time! The manager was helpful and gracious. I will absolutely support this business!
