Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming, I got a Bruder Hoagie while I was there with chili, cheese and mustard, delicious!
They also have cranberry and blueberry sausage, summer sausage, steak, pan sausage and jalapeno poppers.
Come on by and support a local family owned business and check if your local HEB carries their product. You won't be disappointed...

I stopped by for a quick late lunch and had the Brüder Sandwich - Jalapeño Cheese with grilled sauerkraut and onions! All were friendly & one of the sons showed me the dried & link or round pork/beef sausage they sell. I appreciated that they source their beef locally from Lonestar! Looking forward to trying the dried sausage as it’d be a great option for fueling outdoor adventures.
