I was visiting the town from another state. I went to get a dozen donuts for former co-workers, and my friend ordered avocado toast. The female staff member who helped us was very rude and seemed not to want to be there. The box flipped upside down when she put the box with avocado toast on the counter. It was an avocado toast which had mashed avocados on top… She had no apologies or anything like that and just flipped it back and went on with her other task. I opened the box to check it immediately, and mashed avocado was smooshed. I didn’t ask or say anything because we ran out of time. I hope this isn’t how she treats other people, especially our troops and students here at Goodfellow AFB.

Idk what's going on lately, but they're super slow. I ordered ahead on the app and it's still taken them 20 minutes to fulfill my order.

I miss Amanda when she worked there. She became the reason I went to Dunkin every time I went to base. I never knew what I wanted, and she would whip up the perfect drinks for me based on a few of my preferences. Whether a signature Dunkin drink or her own concoction, it always tasted amazing. She was always there with a smile and an eagerness to connect with people. For someone who can hardly get out of the house because of my disability and recently moved into town with few friends, her friendliness made every day brighter. She made the best drinks, had the best connections with people, and had the best service.I am sad she is gone. The drinks have had an obvious quality dip since her departure, and there is an obvious change in the workplace environment as well. As someone who would work on projects at the Dunkin seating, there is a big difference in customer interactions too. I am sure I wouldn't be the only one to say that many of us came for the coffee and kept coming back for Amanda's friendliness. Now that she is gone, it is back to a regular chain coffee place.

Amanda is awesome and a truly wonderful person. The company is lucky to have her working. Customer service you only get at a small town.

The donuts (when available) are fine. The problem is the service. I've been to this location several times and the service is terrible. I was told they prefer customers to use the kiosks to reduce the risk of COVID (which is hilarious since everyone is touching the same kiosks!). The problem is that if you use the kiosk, you don't find out if they are out of something until AFTER you have already paid and AFTER you have already been waiting for 5-10 minutes. The argument for a refund is pointless as they claim they simply can't. They offered me a substitution, but all of the stuff they claimed to have left are things I don't want. I've been the only customer waiting on an order, watching two of the employees play games on their phones only to realize they don't have any coffee ready! When I got my coffee home, it was a bit gritty because the bottom had 1/4" of grounds in the bottom of it (not to mention they didn't add any cream or sugar like I requested on my order). I've stopped by mid-morning to see that even though there are only 1-2 customers sitting and eating/drinking, the donut case is EMPTY. There is no apparent supervision or manager to address these problems when you encounter them. It's great the base is offering more options for us, but these options mean nothing if they aren't run very well.

Came from out of town, and out of every Dunkin I have ever been to I experienced the worse customer service. One employee just ignored me for at least 5 mins then refused to take my order said I needed to use the kiosk.

I have been going here for over a year and it was amazing , however over the last 2 months I truly feel like it’s just like every other place!! It’s just not the same && I am just disappointed and saddened!! Missing the Dunkin’ I use to get!!

This is located inside the Air Force base. Should be advertised as that.

Where has Jo gone? My family's dunkin experience went from amazing and unique to bland and just another coffee shop. What is going on here at this location, your current employees should put a smile on and put the Phones down.
Kid-friendliness: My kids would argue every week with us about going to their piano lessons. Well Jo changed that. "Dunkin doesn't have much stuff for kids" every week Jo would have something new prepared for all 3 of my boys. Her spunky personality and creativity got my boys eager to finish their lessons and go enjoy a tasty treat.

The food is mediocre, the coffee is surprisingly limited and the majority of it all tastes the same, the donuts are alright though there's better elsewhere.
