I have been coming here for 24 plus years to eat their cheese enchiladas with chili con carne and it has been consistently the same for as many years.

I've been eating at Francos since 1996 and have to compliment them on their consistency. The food there is exceptional and in the 30 years I've been a customer I've not noticed a single change in flavor. Thank you guys for keeping my fav stop for authentic Mexican food the same even through new ownership, a pandemic and a remodel. You've done a wonderful job

This place is pretty amazing. The food was amazing. The server was amazing. And I would be coming back here. Steaks was very tender. Everything was perfectly done. Kudos to the cook that prepared our food.

I’ve always loved eating here with my family but to our surprise when we ordered the queso (the best in town) it was different. What was brought out was a bland queso blanco, I loved their original queso so much. It was so flavorful and I had it with everything on my plate, so seeing that they replaced it with something you can get at literally every other Mexican restaurant broke my heart. I loved Franco’s because it’s the only restaurant that serves flavorful, can’t get anywhere else queso. It’s a huge disappointment to see that they replaced it with generic bland stuff you could get ANYWHERE else. Please bring it back!!

have been a customer of this place for over 8 years because I’ve always liked the broth they make. However, my last visit was a complete disappointment. They didn’t have the broth, and I understand things can happen. But the real problem was the terrible service from the waitress who attended me.

She was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. She didn’t offer me any menu options, didn’t explain anything, and also overcharged me. She added two sodas I never ordered and nachos, which she charged me $14 for without even asking. In the end, because of the poor service, I left without eating.

What’s worse is that they didn’t even try to fix the situation or show any interest in the customer. No apology, no alternatives, no solution at all. Service like this damages the reputation of the business.

They should consider hiring staff who are trained and committed to good customer service, because losing loyal customers over employees like this is sad and very unprofessional.
