This evening I ordered through the drive thru. At the window, the lady gave me a bag and said to pull around to the front and they’d bring out my sundae. I told her I should have two drinks as well. She said they’d bring those also. I pull around and look in the bag. It was missing two orders of fries. 20 minutes later a guy brings two drinks and the sundae. I let him know about the fries. He asks for the receipt and tells me he’ll be back. I wait another 10 minutes and see that he’s taking orders and not coming back. I go inside and wait my turn. Once the guy in front of me orders, the employee walks off and I’m waiting again for someone to talk to. Once I finally speak to someone I ask for a manager. They call over the same woman from the window. I let her know how long I’d been waiting and for what. She turns and asks someone to bag up fries, hands them to me, no apology or explanation. Completely unprofessional. I will not be returning.
Although the burgers are thin,they taste good.

They are incredibly fast and got me my food very quickly! I was in line maybe 5 minutes top. Food is incredibly good, custard is delicious, and the staff was super kind! Thank you guys!

If my family or I are in San Angelo we always make a stop by Freddy's. Food is hot and consistent every time and comes out without much of a wait.

Quality has gone down so bad. You’re better off spending your money almost anywhere else. I have never had issues with a fast food restaurant the kids working in there are rude. The last 2 times we’ve gone we’ve been given the wrong drive thru order and the food was gross. Seriously save ur money. This is the worst operated Freddie’s I think I’ve ever been a customer at.

I love me some Freddy's fries and custard. The burgers are great too. Everything there is made well. Maybe not the healthiest choice but arguably the happiest. Oh the onions rings, also good.

My wife & I go to Freddy’s at least once a week here in San Angelo, Tx. I love their hamburgers & French fries. I have notched in the past 6 months that their employees have a hard time getting our order straight. Monday of this week, my wife and I ordered hamburgers & were told they had no lettuce. If that wasn’t bad enough they had no individual packets of pepper & my wife specifically told the young lady no cheese & she had cheese. She would not let me take it back. This is just one of the many instances we have encountered in the past 6 months. I will go back as I love their fries & burgers. Allen Gossett
