We ordered last night on July 26, 2025. The young lady at the window is such an exceptional employee. She greeted us, worked quickly and efficiently to get us our order in a timely manner. The food was exceptional. The Jalapeño poppers were cold and the rolls were lukewarm but other than that everything else was just as expected. This is the first golden chick we ordered from that we did not have anything we ordered missing. The only thing I suggest is upgrading the app to where the room number shows on the delivery location and include utensils and napkins in every to go order. Just a convenience for out of towners that might not remember to ask for any.

Food is great. Employees could take better pride in their appearance the prices here gone up so much a sandwich alone 650 no thanks I will go to Sonic for a 199 burger plus more for that and get filled up use to love going for the sandwich almost daily last time I go there thanks for killing a good thing... Update ...Since I can't reply to your response you telling me that a piece of chicken on a roll with sauce is costing so much that you have to maintain for the quality of product and charge more for one sandwich cause no one wants to spend 10.00 for a meal to get a small portion and a small drink when you can go to a real restaurant for the same price...all cause someone up the ladder don't lose that extra money in there pocket... If you were smart the more you give the customer a affordable meal that's worth the price so that they buy more for their family at a affordable cost so they keep coming back...

Order food. Didn't get all the food we order. Was trying to check. Car behind blowing horn. Was force to move. Couldn't get into parking lot. It was full. 1 young man was putting orders together and answering drive through. As him for the 4 items that was missing. Instead of 12 rolls we got 2 extra. No rice, or fries. Tried to call they wouldn't even answer phone. I will only go to only to Ballinger store.
