I went by Golden chick a few nights ago, about 9:30 PM. I ordered a 12 piece tender meal. The young lady at the drive-through told me that she was not able to fill that order because she only had five tenders for the rest of the night. And then asked her what time they closed and she said 10 PM. So I asked her if she could possibly make my order. She said that it would be a waste of batter because they were about to close in 30 minutes. One thing I've never understood about restaurants at Kat to a certain particular food type is them running out of food. Like when you go to Little Caesars and there's no pizza, do a chicken place and there's no chicken? If at 9:30, he refused to make more chicken because it is a waste of batter. You might as well. Turn off the lights and call it a night.

This place absolutely drains my bank account. The food is amazing. The customer service from Olivia and Terri is fantastic 👌. Best Golden chick in Texas for sure!!!

Came at 8:50 and everything just went south. Placed an online order and got there and was met with issues. The lady had to ask me multiple times which drinks we had and still got one wrong. Her attitude was not what should be expected from a worker at all. After being given my food, I looked into the box and noticed that I didn't have any of my 4 sauces. After letting the gentleman know I didn't have any of my 4 zing sauces he only gave me 2 and turned back away. Got home and everything was cold which is strange because I live 5 mins away and they had just packed the food. Overall a very disappointing visit.
Usually this is our go to family place but the customer service girl wasn’t so polite and we didn’t get our rolls for our family meal and food was cold very disappointed usually is really good and fresh

Probably the worst chicken I’ve ever tasted… extremely chewy.
Went for wings and tenders, they are decent you get what you pay for. Their zing spice is OK just really heavy on salt. My daughter loves their rolls
