This is absolutely my favorite grocery store in Texas! The service at all of their stores is outstanding. The quality of the produce is terrific, and the prices are as good as they can be given the current economic challenges. HEB does a lot with combo Locos. Many of the new stores have a terrific ambience and a very modern looking feel. My one wish is that they would accept Apple Pay.

this whole crap of the carts having the "lock if taken off the premises" is bs. I had time to spare and went in and browsed then stopped to buy a couple of scratch offs. As I was fixing to exit the wheel locked on me. supposedly HEB has the lock so no one can take the carts off the premises why not say what they are really there for.

I was accused of stealing yesterday. Leti the employee took my groceries after I paid for them. Made a scene over nothing. Wasted my time. Told her the truth. She didn’t believe me. Made it my problem too.

The service for curbside has gone down hill. Do not use this store’s curbside service. It’s not often that I get home with all of my items and I usually end up with extra items from someone else’s order that I didn’t pay for. It seems like the system used for getting a customer’s order from the store to their car needs to be reevaluated. This does not happen when I place a curbside order at Walmart or Marketstreet. I love H-E-B so this is such a disappointment.

Fair selection of allergy-friendly foods. Wish they had a bit more but understand there may not be a great need in this area. Staff were friendly, and store was well-organized.Update:Tried their coffee and the treats I picked up....and that coffee...THE best! Seriously! So good! Ordered 3 more bags online because that's how yummy this coffee is! Jumped from 4 to 5 stars just because of the coffee!

Placed an order to be picked up at 11am. Got there to pick up at exactly 11, said they were behind to give them 5-10 minutes, understandable. It is now 12pm, still no cake. Keep asking them what’s going on. Come to find out, the started decorating a DIFFERENT cake. They have to start all over again.
Pharmacy told me my meds would be ready in an hour... I went to pick them up and they told me they told me they would not be ready till the next day... Went today they told me 30 min ... I went back hours later and they told me another 45 min ... And they were not very nice though the whole process ... Do not go here !!!

Confession: I don't like this location as much as the other one down the way on Sherwood. There really isn't anything wrong with it, it's just organized differently than the other and that makes me feel weird lol. Anyway, just like any other HEB, I feel like they have just about everything under the sun that you could want, so there's that! I have noticed though, that you may find some things at this location that you won't at the other location down the way and vice versa. Either way, the staff is just as unhelpful for the most part - unremarkable really, but I'm sure you'll find what you need.
