Heff’s Burgers San Angelo

had it multiple times. The bun is always soggy, they never put the right condiments on, meat tastes awful and stale. I guess they never change their oil. bad employees. Way overpriced.

Another all time favorite!!!! Was working in San Angelo for 5 days, and 3 evenings has Heff's! So sad the one in Odessa closed!

We were there first customers to walk in that day. The staff was pleasant and when the burgers and tots arrived, they were hot. The burgers were really good!!

One of the best burgers I've ever had. Friendly employees. Fast service.

Vegetarian options: My daughters had veggie burger and enjoyed it.

Ok burgers at a crazy high price. Nice looking place but not worth $20 bucks for a burger fry and soda. Not worth it, skip this place.

Went for the first time during lunch and the mushroom burger was AMAZING!! The twister fries weren’t that good but that could just be my opinion. Other than that the cashier Katie was super sweet and spunky! She definitely made my first time experience awesome! Will definitely be back!

Tater tots were good I didn't think the burger was worth the price it was dry and wayyyy too much seasoning I couldn't even eat it all just because of the taste of all the seasoning they put on it. And the Heffs sauce is gross and it came out of the pump right onto my clothes and another customers too. Then the workers were right out front in the outdoor customer sitting area smoking cigarettes it was not very good to see that. I don't think I would ever go back and that was a first time experience

Ordered online order was completely wrong and missing drink… shake cup had a hole in it.. talk to terry the night mgr he provided no remorse about the order said it was delivery company fault!!! Will never eat or Oder food from there again m!! Customer Service is number in in restaurant business terry failed to have any !!!

2 stars solely for customer service, cashier was nice. Burgers were dry, twisters “fries” were burnt, the kids meal chicken tenders were too dry to even chew, also took like 20 minutes from ordering to getting our food… Not sure if its because we came an hour before closing or what, but never going back. If i didn’t live across town & already had thrown it away I would ask for my money back, $36 is a lot of money to spend on food that is uneatable.

Worst burger I’ve ever had. Taste like it sat under a warmer for hours and they decided to serve it. Hard and tough. The Pepsi with the meal was the only good part of the meal. 2 meals almost 30$… never be back ?

The burgers and fries were delicious. The burgers are so big I couldn't eat it by myself I had to share my meal.?

Bun was stale. Homemade potatoe chips were soggy with grease. Was employee problem. They were much more interested in there cell phones. Had to go to 4 tables to find ketchup bottle with any ketchup in it. Inexcusable when competition in this type of joint is grand. Went by Freddie's after leaving. Never a bad burger there. Last time I was at Heff's it was delicious. But like I said... employees.

Ordered a 15 dollar burger got pretty much the size of a kids burger definitely do not recommend I was very upset when I received my order I was shocked at the price for such a small burger! I understand inflation but this was just disappointing!

The burger was the size of a kids burger. This was the 2nd time the size was an issue. So I questioned the mgr. he said that was the new size burger bun/meat for them due to recent changes. BEWARE if your hungry, take your money else where. Paid $13+ for my kid size burger.
