It was the best Mexican Food I have ever eaten. And we ate from Midland. We decided to eat there because we were there to attend my cousin’s funeral. They serve you a lot and the price was cheap.
We were referred to Hidalgo's by the staff at Best Western North Bryant. The restaurant is within walking distance from the hotel - very convenient after a long day on the road. Our server, Pricila, was very nice and spent time going through the menu with us. The Shrimp Fajita's for two jumped out at us as being plenty of food to take on the road with us the next day.
