Terrible customer service what ever torta answered the phone should not be in food service or any service with people for that matter

We sat in the restaurant for over an hour and got served cold food. The restaurant had already basically cleared out and still no food. We had a toddler that was starving and had to ask for at least a piece of toast to feed him while we waited. They brought fruit, which helped, but our food was cold to the touch and eggs were not cooked as ordered. I will never go to another IHOP again.

Me and my wife went there for breakfast Saturday morning. Server was great. The food was a different store. Had a hair in my eggs. Let the waitress now. She took it and had more cooked for me. This time the eggs were over cooked. One thing I have noticed on here the owner will apologize and tell you it help to know so they can fix things. But never try’s to make it right. Want eat there ever again.
