I have been to this jimmy johns multiple times and every single time I go they jack everything up that I order. I have tried in person or on app nothing works. I told him 5 times no mustard and on the receipt it even says no mustard but guess what every single time I get mustard. Love jimmy johns but never going to this one ever again and i advise nobody else go either especially if you have allergies. VERY MUCH A GOOD $13 SMALL BAG OF CHIPS. Just go to heb or walmart and buy a bag of chips from there you’ll save money and actually get what you want.

I almost always order on the app and pick up at the drive-through at this location. I have had a few minor mistakes on my orders, but the employees are always very apologetic and correct it. Overall, I am very pleased with the customer service I have experienced at the drive-through. My family and I have always been greeted by a polite, friendly person who seems to actually care about doing their job well. I can overlook a few mistakes and happily give my support to this restaurant when their employees place a high value on customer service.

I ordered a first try at a wrap - chicken Caesar and it was extremely subpar. I understand inflation is horrible; however,a $15 sandwich should be at least of mediocre quality.

I’ve eaten here 14 times in the past year.
1) the bread is hit or miss sometimes burnt or stale.
2) order management is terrible. Online orders take 45mins to an hour usually. The confirmation of order status and tracking is NEVER updated.
3) Somehow they mess up my giant sub orders consistently- from the wrong sized sub to the wrong sandwich altogether… it’s impressive how often we’ve had multiple trips to this place on the same order. 10 out of 14 orders have been messed up.

Will not be returning.

So it was $14 for a sandwich, then you charged me $2 more to add cheese! Really? The sandwich was good but it wasn’t that good.
