1. It is strange for a place like this to ask for tips(probably so the employer can pay the workers less)2. Then when you order from the drive thrue you get a bad look and attitude as they ask if you have rewards with them(which I do)3. Then they hand the card reader to you to punch in your number and if your paying with card you have to process the transaction in your vehicle and hand it back to them. Then have the odasity to ask if I want to tip.. tip for what?? You opening the window and handing me my food?? And why would I want to touch the dirty card reader before I eat anyway?? Dumbest idea to have this process in drive and very inconvenient to the customer to have to pull the card reader into their vehicle to run a transaction on it. Why not just ask if I want to tip rather than give me the card reader?

Military folks: This location did away with military discounts (despite the fact businesses get write offs for these). It was nearly $20 for 2 regular-sized sandwiches without any chips or drinks. You can get better quality subs at Firehouse Subs across the street — plus it gives discounts for military and first responders.

Wow!! By far the best sub sandwich experience my husband and I have ever had in San Angelo. The two subs we got in the quick-moving Togo line, were topNotch quality! The freshness of the lettuce, veggies and bread was amazing!! And whoever built the sandwiches did a great job because it was tight, neat and FULLY loaded not only portion size but also with flavor. We even contemplated going back for a second sub EACH! Lol! We will definitely be back!!

I’ve worked at an excellent JJ’s in Pittsburgh years ago. I know what the quality is supposed to be according to Franchise standards and this ain’t it. Bread was hard on bottom. Do better, all you have to do is care.

We ate lunch here and the service was excellent and we had our meal in a timely fashion. It was our first time eating here and we had high expectations but it is about par with most other sandwich shops.

Great team, bad management, management always talks down or negatively to subordinatesThe regional manager seems to enjoy engaging in PDA with a bearded co worker and it makes it hard to enjoy a sandwich watching that Other managers usually pin most if not all work on subordinates while they talk and look at their phones
