I have had multiple problems receiving the wrong burritos through out the years. I started driving out of my way to get my breakfast for the past year. I decided to give Julio's another try today since i pass by daily on my way to work. They dropped the ball again on a simple order.

Table, chairs and kids high chairs were dirty. Floors need cleaning. Stood in line at counter for 30 minutes while 2 other customers were served. Drive thru was attended to only. Kind of a sad experience. Probably need more counter/dining area staff.

Not bad...super greasy...and a little on the high side for a breakfast burrito.
Food is hit or miss. Some times it's amazing and other times it's bland. But the worst is customer service. Going through the drive through they will make you wait for up to 5 mins before they even acknowledge your even there. And you can scream and holler all you want and they just ignore you. Going inside isn't much different either.

Best carne guisada (guiso) ever. Tortillas were excellent!! Wish they had them near Houston.

Only complaint was I felt like I was in Alaska! It was freezing on the inside! Other than that food is great and im extremely picky with my tea but I absolutely love the tea here!
