This Establishment is just about what you would expect from a KFC in San Angelo. It looks dirty on the inside, behind the counter you got cold food lying around on the countertops. Food that looks AGED in the warmer that you couldn’t pay me to eat based off the looks of it. I pulled up here after a TERRIBLE day and honestly I should have went to the “Wienerschnitzel” next door. I waited in the drive through for service as 2 more cars pulled up behind me. Nobody greeted me, nobody placed me on hold, nobody said a single word as I sat there for 10-15 minutes. I pulled around and came inside and the only reason I didn’t spaz on whoever was running this shift was because after I finally got to the counter after another 5-8 minute wait. The young lady working apologized for the wait profusely and offered pretty good customer service to make up for it. It was appreciated but obviously it didn’t take back the potential 20 minutes I had been waiting to place the order. While I was waiting for my order to be taken(before I was greeted by the polite young lady) I had a grown ass man walk up to the same computer he could take my order on and clock out . After receiving my food she again apologized profusely and asked if there was anything else she could do to make the experience better. Her customer service was greatly appreciated and she definitely deserves a raise.

Cedric and his team were AMAZING!! We came in for an order to get lunch for church and not be late… they did a great job getting us out and to church in time. Thank you!!

Would have been great if the chicken sandwiches would not have been drowned in sauce or mayo, they were literally dripping immensely out of the sandwich. Sweet tea was also tasting a little old. Would have rated all 5 stars because KFC has always been a really good place to go. Just a little disappointing this time.
There’s a red headed boy that took my payment and handed me my drink, his nails were full of dirt that looked like it had been there for a while. I paid for my food and threw it away.

Do not recommend ordered online before reading reviews. Order was said to be ready by 5:30 at 6:30 still not ready and can't give me a refund due to not being able to find a manager.

I ordered food for my husband to pick up. He was asked repeatedly for the order name in the drive thru voice box and window. The worker said “i just wanted to hear you say it again, it worked.” His name isnt on the receipt so we dont know who to avoid. We dont know if he was confused because it was a male picking up a females order or if he was being creepy, but we wont be returning for a little bit because thats just uncomfortable and weird. unfortunately, the food was great. kfc does it best, that guy didnt though.
