I recently ordered 12 nuggets w/ a side of mashed potatoes and a Famous Bowl from KFC, and the experience was pretty disappointing. Instead of the nuggets I paid for, I received two cut-up chicken strips tossed in the box like a last-minute replacement. On top of that, my Famous Bowl wasn’t even in the proper container—it was served in a bucket, which made it feel sloppy and not at all what I expected. They also didn’t include any sauces, which made the meal even less enjoyable.

To make matters worse, there were no napkins or plasticware included in the bag. For a takeout order, that’s a basic expectation, and it really added to the frustration.

Overall, the order felt rushed and careless. I expect better accuracy and presentation from KFC, especially when I’m paying full price for specific items. Hoping this location steps up its quality control.

My father n law came n from out of town and wanted chicken we went to kfc on s bryant ordered $40 worth of chicken tenders 3 meals and the biscuits were rock hard and chicken was old I called up there complaining and was told I could have it freshly made for pick up when I got there the black manager refused to make it right I even asked for refund he said no so I want to talk to corporate about the service I was not happy with

2 cars ahead of me and waited in line 33 minutes for one meal! Intercom person was rude and window person was rude! I ask what takes them so long and he said it’s dinner time, it was almost 8:00 and ONE person inside! Food was cold when I finally got it! Never again for our family!

The worst location! It's so bad apparently reading others reviews...first time here. Placed 3 piece order online for carry out and took 35min to get. When I arrived to location, line was super long so definitely slow. One worker inside seemed frustrated and as a whole crew just looked lost. Food was good though just terrible service.

Worst place ever, placed and order online when I get there they guy is very ghetto Saying at the window “sorry bruh we out of chicken bruh” they replace my order with tenders I asked for 5 piece they only gave me 3 and they tenders were old, cold and hard, the coleslaw was old as well it tasted like it was there for a few days… payed 26 dollars for two meals both meals were bad
