The worst location! It's so bad apparently reading others reviews...first time here. Placed 3 piece order online for carry out and took 35min to get. When I arrived to location, line was super long so definitely slow. One worker inside seemed frustrated and as a whole crew just looked lost. Food was good though just terrible service.

Drive thru was so slow and waited a 1hr even more 3 cars infront, I'm all for waiting especially if it's good food but my chicken was nasty definitely KFC has gone down over the years

Worst place ever, placed and order online when I get there they guy is very ghetto Saying at the window “sorry bruh we out of chicken bruh” they replace my order with tenders I asked for 5 piece they only gave me 3 and they tenders were old, cold and hard, the coleslaw was old as well it tasted like it was there for a few days… payed 26 dollars for two meals both meals were bad

Ordered at 10:05pm.. the store closes at 11pm. We arrive at 10:10pm and the first thing they tell us is they don't have enough tenders to fulfill our 16pc family meal. Okay, fine. Replace with bone in. But they can't, because they've sold everything in the store. Keep in mind, it's only 10:15pm now. They say they can replace the 6 tenders they don't have with 6 individual sides, which would be okay if I didn't have 8 people at home to feed. They decide to give us 3 famous bowls which was fine. Then they forgot our biscuits and had to ask for them, they didn't have enough so only gave 7 and replaced the last with an individual side. Fine. They didn't give us 2 of our sides until we asked and then when we got home, they didn't even give us the 10 tenders they said they had. They gave us 8. And still didn't even give us all of our food 🤦‍♀️

Had to wait over 30 minutes to pick up a door dash order. The staff had no flow and no speed. Average wait was over 20 even for drive thru. As someone who has worked in foodservice for years this was one of the slowest and most unorganized restaurants ever.

I DONT EVER DO REVIEWS BUT......I WENT THROUGH DRIVE THRU AT 7 DIDNT GET TO WINDOW TILL 7:40 PAID FOR MY STUFF SAW THEM GIVE THE NICE GUY AT WINDOW 3 OTHER ORDERS HE ASKED ME TO PULL AROUND THAT THEY WERE WAITING ON TENDERS. AT 8:00I FINALLY WENT BACK IN AND THEY HAD A LONG LINE OF PEOPLE I SAID EXCUSE ME TO ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS AND TOLD HIM I WANTED MY MONEY BACK HAD BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 30 MIN BUT BEEN THERE FOR 1 HOUR. HE SAID THE ORDER WAS READY BUT HAD BEEN SITTING AT COUNTER FOR A WHILE. I TOLD HIM ITS PROBABLY COLD ID RATHER GET MY MONEY BACK. HE WENT TO GET THE MANAGER. WHEN THE MANAGER CAME AROUND THE CORNER IE SAID LOUDLY SHE SHOULD HAVE GONE TO CHURCHES. HE WAS LOOKING AT THE RECEIPT AND ASKED IF I PAID CASH OR CARD I TOLD HIM CASH BUT A GENTLEMAN BEHIND ME TOLD HIM DOESNT IT SAY IT ON THE RECEIPT HE TOLD THE MAN YES BUT I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE READING IT. I MYSELF AM A MANAGER AND THAT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..
