This place is going downhill. My last 3 visits have been horrible. The first one there the wait was extremely long and it wasn't even busy. Whenever the food finally came out the whole bottom of the pizza was burnt and that's all you could taste. The next time whenever i went in there, there was absolutely nothing to drink but Pepsi zero or water. At that point I didn't want to eat inside there anymore so the next time i wanted it i was just going to call it in and pick it up. Well whenever i called 2 days in a row, they picked up the phone and placed me on hold for over 10 mins both times, both times i just hung up. That was it for me, i will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this place at all.

I've never eaten at this place but just by the service and some of the employees I will never come here im just doing a door dash and I've been waiting for 30+ min just for some nanjos and a pizza. The pizza has been done since I got here. There is one employee who is just sitting there while the young lady is trying so hard to this job so for me it is definitely gonna be a no go for lilys pizza

I would share the picture of the burnt pizza, but no options to post the picture. It was black. My mom and I shared our concerns to the two girls that were working. They did not offer to give us the refund or make another one. Also, when I ordered the puzza, I said I wanted meat lovers and received pepperoni. So I let the girls know about it. So they added more meat to the same pizza, which made the pizza more dry. The nanjo is always amazing. So we enjoyed the potatoes rhe most. Ofvthe owner was there, he would’ve took care of everything.

Trying to support local, but this was the worst experience, was advised an hour to get my order which was fine. Decided to get there 15 mins early to find there was no one in the restaurant. My order had been done for obviously a while as the pizza was cold- burnt and no sauce.

Pizza and nanjo lunch deal is the way to go for a good, fast lunch. It's a slice of pizza (they have several flavors ready every day at lunch time), nanjo's and a drink for $7.99. it used to be $5 but everything is more expensive now so still not bad for a good, fast, hot lunch. Pizzas are thin crust which is my fav and the slices are large. Also, they have really good ranch dressing. Oh and if you order whole pizzas they have a cauliflower crust if you are low carb.
Waited over an hour for a pizza and it was not made right. Then they remade the pizza and it was like rubber and hardly any cheese or toppings. Couldn't eat either pizza because of how horrible it was made. Nanjos were cold and the whole time no updates from management regarding the food. So disappointed in this establishment. Do not tell someone 10- 15 minutes if it's going to be over an hour and not made right at all. Other people were getting their food before us as well.

The atmosphere 👌 the service is excellent. The pizza... I dont think they put any sauce when they bake it. The dough and toppings are good. But its dry. I like a crispy crust but with no sauce its a lil tough to chew. With more sauce it could be a really good pie.
Best customer service I have ever experienced!! Such a great owner and fantastic staff!! We had an issue with our order and he immediately did his part as a caring owner!! They for sure have me business!!

No stars if it was an option... for pure service because I love loveee their food😫Last week I was refused service because they were out of pretty much everything the girl said.. then why be open. Today I called around 2pm to see if they still had a Tuesday special and I was told yes. I asked if this ended at a certain time. I was told no. I let them know I would be calling back before dinner. Moments ago I call to place an order and I'm told that it would be a long wait, guaranteed over an hour because Shannon placed a large order and that was a priority... Ok deal. I go to place the order and I'm told the only thing available at the moment was medium pizzas at regular price!!! I mentioned that I had called just earlier and was told I could order the pizzas I needed. He asked if the old lady told me that or the young girl... what a question!!! Great way to ruin a birthday dinner!! Terrible communication!!!! And the person on the other end of the phone seemed very pleased that I was no longer placing an order 😭I'm all for supporting local because I love their pizza but booooooooo no bueno service!!!

We had lunch and the food was absolutely amazing we had garlic cheesy bread (its not on the menu yet but you can order it) and a very delicious pizza, with some of their tasty nanjos we will absolutely be back the customer service was terrific to top it off
