Been waiting for pizza for over an hour and cant get a refund this is bullshit the one here a bell st is a joke i place my order online and still have to come wait an hour and the cashier was cussing at me hes a young kid and manager is rude too. I’d like to file a complaint about the Little Caesars on Bell Street regarding their handling of call-in orders. I called ahead to order a stuffed crust pizza, and they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I set a timer, arrived exactly on time, only to be told it would be another 10–12 minutes and asked if I still wanted the pizza. This isn’t the first time this has happened—it seems like they don’t even start making stuffed crust pizzas until the customer arrives, so what’s the point of calling ahead? If that’s their policy, they should be upfront about it instead of giving inaccurate wait times.

Great Customer Service, only reason i gave 3 stars is because the waiting times are crazyyyy! If they could be quicker for drive-thru and walk-ins they got it after that! Sometimes the wait is up to 30min long even when ordering drive-thru. So be prepared on that. Otherwise pick something else up for a quick lazy dinner.
