After Church, we went with a group to Los Panchitos Mexican Restaurant. We have been here a few times before, and the food is okay. Nothing to write home about but yet here I am writing a review. My Wife ordered their Senior Chicken Strips; 3-Crispy Chicken Strips served with French Fries, Cheesy Gravy, Salad and Texas Toast. I am having the Taco Plate; 2-Crispy Shell Tacos with shredded Chicken and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Served with Refried Beans, Rice and Cole Slaw. Orders are in, and while we waited for our food, we enjoyed those Chips & Red Sauce. Soon, the food started arriving, and they did a great job getting the food to the right person. My Tacos are standing tall in one of those metal taco holders, and they are filled to the top. Nice Touch. My Wife received her Chicken Strips, and they also look pretty good. My Chicken Tacos have lots of Chicken, and the first bite I had told me that this Taco Shell is a little on the greasy side, but the inside goodies are pretty good. Refried Beans and Rice are what you would expect, just average. The Cole Slaw is pretty tasty. Now for the second Taco. It has even more grease than the first one. I almost didn't eat it, but I did - should have scraped the inside out of the greasy shell. My Wife enjoyed her Chicken Strips, and I had one. Found it to be a little on the tough side, but the breading is tasty. Love that Cheese Gravy they serve, and it's a lot. Long story short, I should not of eaten those greasy taco shells. I felt the effects of it for almost two days. This did not settle with me very well at all. Anyway, if we go back there again, it's only because someone asked us to join them. The Staff here is awesome, every one of them.
If you try to order on the phone, the woman that works the counter will not prioritize you. She put us on hold for 15 minutes and when we tried to call back, we couldn’t get an answer because the line was busy.
Any time I’ve picked up an order from here, the same woman at the counter always overcharges and is very rude. Definitely not worth your time, pick literally any other Mexican restaurant in town and you’ll get better service AND better food.

The lady at the front desk is an absolute nightmare if you're able to get to the point with her that you can put a phone order in she is extremely rude after putting me on hold for over 15 minutes I hung up tried to call back and it was busy for another 10 minutes and then she proceeded to tell me that she was going to put me on hold again in which case I will never be back absolutely the worst service in San Angelo I've ever received.

Absolutely refreshing atmosphere and service.
Great food and friendly service.
Los Panchito's is my favorite Mexican food place in San Angelo. The wife and I were passing through and decided to stop by. She had the Camarones con mojo de ajo. I had the stuffed peppers. Both dishes were amazing. The atmosphere and the staff were incredible as well.
We ate here on Mother's Day. Service was fantastic! Or food was served quickly and was great. This place is very good and I recommend them!
Great tacos at a very reasonable price.
