This place is usually fantastic. Amaretto is all I ever I ever get so I know what it should taste like. But what I was served was borderline spoiled. When I asked about it the girl tasted it, looked at me and said "no" and stood there looking at me. Then she walked to the back. I almost left and then realized I paid $6 for spoiled ice cream. I asked her to come back. She said "Well you took a bite I can't take it back". She continued to just stare at me. No resolve and no concern whatsoever. Larry who had apparently just left-there is an oppurtunity for some serious customer service training and quality control at your store.

I had an amazing experience at Marble Slab! The ice cream was delicious, fresh, and had the perfect creamy texture. There were so many mix-in options, and everything tasted incredible. But what really made my visit special was Larry he was absolutely fantastic! His customer service was top-notch, he was super friendly, and he made my order with such care. He even gave great recommendations that made my ice cream even better. If you’re looking for a great dessert spot with outstanding service, this is the place to go. My family was in town, and we were all craving dessert, so I suggested we go to Marble Slab. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The staff refused to mix in my ice cream, claiming the stone was broken, even though I could clearly see it was ice cold. When I asked for lids, they rolled their eyes at me—yes, over lids.
On top of that, I noticed multiple health code violations. They used the walnut scoop to serve chocolate chips and grabbed sprinkles with their bare hands before putting them on my ice cream.
I would not recommend this location. There are plenty of other ice cream places in San Angelo that are worth your time.

1 Quart of soft serve Ice Cream is $13.99 + tax….the people of San Angelo are getting way Way WAY LESS bang for their buck, all the while you Marble Slab Creamery should be ashamed and embarrassed with your profit of margins you are making off of the backs of the good people of this town.
Rudy was in the drive thru and was absolutely uplifting, he has wonderful people skills hope you notice this over the pile of cash generated with these prices. If not next time I’m in town I will offer to pay him and mentor him as I watch these skills develop and take him as high up as he can dream. Rudy’s customer service he gives is rare these days! I hope you see this Rudy, thank you for your smile, patience and service. God Bless you.

Teenage workers were rude, acted like we were an inconvenience. Instead of being patient while my kids decided what they wanted, the associates wanted to roll their eyes. Definitely won't be going back if those girls are there.

I got a 4 scoop of amaretto and paid $34.60... the "teens" working were lazy and snarky, complaining it wasn't there shift so they weren't on the clock. For sure wouldn't recommend going there. I'd just get something from Walmart or the dollar store.
