Employees, Ashley & Jay were great, but the Manager-on-Duty, Nayeli/Naeli, was awful! She has NO business being in charge of anything, or anyone! She was not only rude to Ashley & Jay, right in front of evertone standing in line, but she was SO rude to me when our order needed more attention. She was SO awful, that employees Ashley & Jay, checked on us at our table & apologized to us, on her behalf. Totally unacceptable & I will be reporting this to Corporate! Our meal was $37.00 & our sides (bowls) were only filled halfway. When I took them back to the counter, questioning why, Nayeli/Naeli yelled from the kitchen window to Jay, “That’s how they tell us to do it, so what’s the problem?” He told her I was standing out of her sight but I could hear her & she grabbed our plates from the window, filling them, while ranting & raving, then slammed our plates back in the window. She never apologized or showed one second of kindness. Her hair is dyed bright red & she had pimple patches all over her face. Totally unprofessional & not the face of McAlister’s at all. I have NO clue how in the world people like Ashley and/or Jay are not running the place because they were both much nicer than her.

Went in to get a spud and they were out, I went online 1st to order and the webpage didn't show they were out. They need to keep the webpage updated to not waste customer time. Also why do they require an email address to place a take out order? Don't want your spam or have them sell my address which is why I didn't order online.

Just waited in the car while my wife ran in and picked it up. I’ve never really been in this one, but the sandwich was good. Not a lot of choices for keto, unless you toss the bread. Wife likes it a lot.

For a chain/franchise it was everything we expected. The food was fresh, tasty, and as experienced at other locations across the State.
The service was friendly and efficiently. And the restaurant spotless. We'll be back, often.

Everyone I mean including management(I am guessing she was managing) was moving in slow motion like zombies Wondering around aimlessly as if shot with a horse tranquilizer. Male Cashier never once looked up from screen made no eye contact and kept messing up order. Food took forever to be prepared even with 3 to 4 in the kitchen.

SO ARE YALL OPEN???? Google says yall are open, the hours on your door say yall are open ? Looks like yall just take online orders ? NO SIGN saying if the store close. While I just see employees talking in the lobby. Not any of those 5+ people could've came to the door saying there closed.
