I only picked up a to go order. But it took a little longer than usual. Noticed back door in kitchen standing wide open with a rack of bread in front of it. Also kitchen employee on their phone. They would literally throw the finished orders in the window. My order was wrong, but I just went back in and ordered a side of beans and rice. They threw it in the window in a bag and it was handed to me literally upside down! Seriously who does that? No customer service or awareness of what is going on. Disappointed 😢! Sandwiches are fair, but definitely not up to Jason’s Deli standards. I tried and really wanted to like this place. Oh and it’s a Friday evening, I should have known when no one was at the place, there is a reason.

Young lady at counter had difficulty taking order and with register. The two sandwiches were great, not so much for the potato soup it was runny not creamy.
Food was below par not good. Thirty dollars for me and my husband to have lunch there. A glass of tea $,3.50. We should have went to sonic which was right next door I do not recommend this mccalister's

Good clean place with good but overpriced food. Drink fountain was down and in need of repairs. But there are not a lot of good choices for food near here either that are healthy options.

Went to order food at 8:10pm. (6/24/25) Staff said they already shut down the registers and the kitchen, so it would take too long to get it all back up for us to order. Door says they close at 9pm.

One star review cause the food is super expensive almost 20 dollars for a sandwich I could feed a family of 4 somewhere else for 20$

I’m very pleasantly surprised with the new remodel of this place.Everything was pretty clean and neat and the atmosphere was nice loved the way they did things for Christmas.The staff was very nice and helpful and all around pleasant.One of the items we ordered was taking a little longer but we were in no rush and they told us ahead of time about the wait.They still offered us free desert for the inconvenience.Overall a very great change compared to before the remodel.Will be coming again 🩷.
