Took over an hour to get our food. Didn't have stuff to make the food. Was told only after 30 minutes of being there. Took another 30 minutes to get a sandwich slapped on white untoasted bread. No au ju with the dip. Called and spoke to the manager. She was clueless or caredless one of the two. Said she'd issue a refund and hung up the phone. 3rd refund issued in the hour we say there.....

Waited several minutes for someone to come to the counter to take our order. All of the employees are running in slo-mo. It is truly bizarre. One lady is smiling, everyone else looks like they are in their own world and completely unaware of their surroundings. $35 for two people and currently at 20 minutes waiting for our food. Better food and service costs the same at other restaurants.

This is a great McAlister's for us. Too many choices. We ordered two nachos and a veggie sandwich with chili. We also got a sweet tea and a Dr. Pepper. Everything tasted great and when we needed a refill there was no hesitation on the part of McAlister's to provide a refill whether it was on tea or cheese for the nachos. The bathroom was clean and everything in working order. It was not overly busy but busy enough to know that they do good business. I would go back. I recommend them.

One last item, if you're looking for a Bilt restaurant, this and the other McAlister's in San Angelo both qualify. At least they did today.

The deli smoked turkey sandwich was very good

Horrible service. Heard a manager, I think her name was Jessica, yelling at employees. No wonder morale is horrible here.

My new favorite McAlister’s!!! I had ordered delivery on the app and there was a mix up with the 3rd party delivery companies so it took longer to get my food but they went over and beyond to make up for it even though it wasn’t their fault! They took care of me!! They remade my order fresh and hooked me up with extra tea, extra chips, extra cookies, and to top it off, even an extra pickle!! So grateful for their friendly service and awesome management!!

I hope just caught them on a rough day. Waited 5 minutes or so for anyone to show up to take an order, no line. Many tables still covered with previous guests' food/mess. Asked to add tomato to my sandwich. Food came out in decent time, but prepared as a to-go when I was dine-in. Sandwich was missing tomato. Price was higher than Jason's Deli, for an experience that was worse in every way. Normally a McAllister's is a pretty safe bet but this one has some work to do.
