I went into the restroom to calm down my baby because she was crying and super fussy. one of the employees that works at this location was being super obnoxious and kept constantly slamming the restroom door. She was on the phone with someone for probably 15-20 minutes and I heard her mumbling something then looked towards us and scoffed! She then left again and proceeded to slam the door again. My baby got scared again and started to cry all over again. She would come back in and out and kept doing the same thing. She knew what she was doing and kept on doing it multiple times. I was there for an hour before my baby finally calmed down. I live out of town and stopped by here after an appointment before driving an hour back home. Horrible experience.

My all around experience at this location was awful I went in on thanksgiving morning and the girl at the window had the worst attitude and not only that but I submitted my breakfast order before they had stopped serving breakfast and they REFUSED to make my order. It was just an extreme inconvenience and her attitude just made everything 1000x worse. Just go to the one on south Bryant I have never had an issue there and staff always friendly.

Want to let yall know that this McDonald's doesn't honor veterans on veterans day...manager jad a very smug attitude when asked if they honor veterans. I hope this was a one off and doesn't represent all Mcdonalds.

This is the place to go for a quick trip and great service area. I constantly drink coffee with my Christian family from church. It's our gathering place for fellowship and community service.

Good service a duscountine of certain items oh well. But, the mess ups of getting the orders right. Just is to many. Staff may be busy and it is by far the busiest one I go to majority of the time. Finding no bbq sauce, no fries, not the right amount of burgers. Having to call management to fix things drive ten mintues back. Just is the problem. Seems they look like office buildings the theme use to be fun. Make it look weirder than most with the children's fun look. Now it looks like a boring building. Some places have better food on you're restaurants they are still old school looking. Maybe the fun of being an employee is gone. When the building looks like some boring office location. Nothing about you're food is delicious 😋. Its bland. You're establishments in San Angelo and most places need customer service again. This kiosk ordering is turning off customer's especially with the spread of e-coli no Bueno to get food when you're screens are full of bacteria.

About a 20 minutes wait for French fries. I was first at the drive up window, about 5 or 6 cars after me eas service.
Exceptionally slow service. The location on South Bryant is much faster and the location is easier to get in and out of. Avoid this location if at all possible. 20 minutes to wait for an ice cream cone, other people were waiting 30+ minutes for food. This was at 7pm on a Thursday night.

I stopped by for a Filet-O-Fish sandwich, and it seemed like it was thrown together in a real hurry. When I took a bite, the fish patty was alarmingly undercooked. It was more like a piece of sushi than a properly fried fish fillet. The speed of service shouldn't come at the expense of food safety and quality. An undercooked fish sandwich is simply unacceptable. I'm hoping this was a one-off mistake, but based on this visit, I'd recommend that the kitchen staff slow down and make sure all items are cooked thoroughly.
