Placed an order for McMuffins at 10:15am. It successfully charged my card and got the email it successfully went through. Drove up to the store and by the time I was walking in got en email alert saying order was canceled. I specifically placed my order 15 minutes before that 10:30 cutoff. When I arrived and gave them my order number from the app (it was still showing my order was ready) he said they don't have breakfast as they just switched to lunch. I understand that I placed the order 15 minutes ago. He then changed his story and said that it was canceled and they never made it. I said when did you cancel the order cause I placed it 15 minutes ago? He said I dunno it never made it to us, it happens a lot, we never made it. Are you serious? You charged me, order went through, it showed on your end the order was placed. It showed on my app to head to the store and pickup! All you had to do was leave my order in the warmer and then transition the grill from breakfast to lunch! It wasn't an order at 10:28 or 10:29 or last minute! You just didn't want to make it and hurry up and switch the grill over to lunch 15 minutes BEFORE the schedule says to! Unacceptable. Will never use the app or come to this location ever again!

I ordered 3 meals fries were not fresh and then when I get home one of my burgers has no patty absolutely ridiculous smh. I finally get though to the store no apology just we will add you to the list and I have 24 hours to come get it lol.

No wonder McDonalds is killing off their customers with poor food safety regulations. They serve food with bad onions and under cooked food. Save your money and your life. I’m reporting this to the health department on Monday. The manager on duty didn’t even care about the poor food safety situation. She was rude and completely disconnected from the situation. Please really don’t eat here or allow your kids open to a life threatening situation. Please share

The food and service was good but, they need to update the menu with the correct prices. The cashier didn't let me know the prices have gone up. I was not expecting to pay $47.07. According to the menu, my price should have been around $37.

As a door dasher they refused to let me take both the orders I had. I had to call door dash support. Manager Morgan has a bad attitude and said that’s is her policy. They put us in the back of the line. We have been waiting half an hour. I don’t feel like this is the person you want representing your brand. Refusing to make customers orders and refusing to let 3rd party delivery services take them.

The manager was on her phone taking a personal phone call, speaking about her neighbors and garage sales. Incredibly unprofessional. As well as touching the food after touching her phone when speaking on speaker

I couldn't get mobile app to work so I walked in to order and as I was ordering the sale was in progress and the computer system for the store went down. She couldn't refund me or cancel or reorder. I asked her for survey information. She hesitated to give the information to me and after a while she had another employee bring it to me. She was rude, yelling and enraged.

It's very bad the times I've come, other people's orders always come out and mine is not very bad service apart from the fact that they get upset if you ask why they take out other people's food if I'm there first and throw the bag with food on the table

It was a nightmare. Told us to pull up when our 2 item weren't ready over 30 from when we ordered. Left us there for 30 minutes. I tried to get their attention and the got mad at me. Grab a random bag with disgusting food it is and rudely have to us. Didn't give ranch and when I went back for it they made me pay $1.51 for it. She was completely rude as well and no one understands English enough to help you. Nightmare!!!!
