I did a mobile order for the location on South Bryant. I sat in the parking spot for 15 minutes and then looked at my phone to see that McDonald’s had canceled my order. The refund takes 7 to 10 days and that was my last $20 to feed a child. No explanation of why it was canceled. This was the only location that I gave any chance to and they ruined it. I’ve looked in bigger cities and smaller towns, and these San Angelo locations are absolutely the worst. I’m gonna guess it’s probably the general management in this area. I’ve been waiting about two years For a call from their general manager, that their corporate office told me what happen and never did

Marvelous Margo

Walked into this McDonald's recently to get a coffee and wow! It is incredibly beautiful and clean. It was so clean I could have eaten off the floor! Has a nice dining room and very friendly staff. They were busy and coming inside did not speed up my order, but I'm still glad I visited.

Just waited 10min in drive through at the speaker. The worker got on the speaker and said she was working on too much food and couldn't take my order.

Every time I place an order for pick up I end up waiting 15-30+ minutes regardless of how busy or slow the location is. Given how little the orders contain, the logical assumption is that the workers or managers don't know how to do their job. Especially considering how often the orders are messed up or left with items missing.

Also, given that the sauce is $.20/pk, you'd at least expect them to put it in the bag when it's been paid for. It's not like it's coming out of their paycheck for giving a customer what they paid for.

Service was very slow. I ordered on the app and it took quite a while for the girl to deliver it to my vehicle and she was not at all friendky, no smile, no thank you, just shoved my frappe at me and left.
