We ordered a Five Cheese Mac & Cheese but was served a Pimento Mac & Cheese. Assuming they had the wrong table, we said no that’s not ours. Looked at our receipt and the order taker had punched in the wrong one. Mistakes happen and we waited for the correct order. After a little while, they served our food and it was still the Pimento Mac & Cheese. My husband isn’t one to complain so he ate it. Just know, we are aware you made no effort to correct his order. That’s laziness and poor customer service.

The lady working the front register on 11-9-25 around 12:30 is an absolute gem. She was so sweet to us when we came in. Had great communication about the kitchen being behind. It was our first time eating here and it was a great experience. Food was really good. I loved the potato soup. Will be back!

I wasn't expecting to eat here, but the other place i was going to eat wasn't open yet. What a delight it was! The staff were so warm and friendly. We chatted the whole time we were there about everything. I was impressed to leave a copy of a book I'm reading that covers many of the topics of conversation, The Great Controversy.

This is the go-to place in San Angie for delicious food at a great price. Our family of 5 ate until we were stuffed for less than $50, which is unheard of these days. All of the food was excellent, and the service was phenominal.

I recently enjoyed a visit to Newk’s Eatery, a place I dine at sporadically and sometimes order takeout from. On this visit, I tried a new menu item — the Pesto Pasta Chicken Salad — and I highly recommend it!

The facility is always spotless, and the staff is consistently courteous and friendly. On this occasion, Sadie and Stephanie stood out in particular for their helpfulness in completing my order.

Newk’s has become my “go-to” spot in San Angelo for both dining in and takeout.
