Did not get my food for an hour and it was not busy. I put my order in at the bar because the bartender said she could take my order then I proceeded to hear the grill room workers say they didn’t have an order for me.

Sadly Next Level was not service on the next level. We went there for Grinch Brunch, and after being seated never had received acknowledgement for the staff or hey be with you soon, though others around us before after we arrived we're greeted and drink order taken. I have learned in the past, that is not a good sign so got up and headed to Henry's.

We like to eat some delicious foods, and enjoy pickleball eith our freinds and occasionally we'll play some mini golf or practice our swing on the batting cages. 'So much room for activities!'

It was a nice venue for a basketball game we attended. You entered through the grill and could hear when your order was up everywhere except the basketball gym, but that was cool. We had time to see all of what was available while waiting for our orders. We tried the wings first, but our teenager said the tenders/ chicken strips were better. He simply inhaled them. I hope Abilene gets something similar. Dang, I forgot to take pictures. Please forgive me but enjoy your visit too.

Came for brunch and it was bad. The quality of the food has gone down. Our drinks were flat, the jalapeño popper dip didn’t taste like how it used to, the burger was unseasoned and bland, the biscuits were hard, and there a black hair wrapped around the bacon. I won’t be back. This place used to be really good

Ordered Carne Asada and the picture didn't show as much as I expected, management was quick to correct the issue and apologized for the error on their behalf. 5/5 stars from me. Foods good atmosphere is clean the people here are nice down to earth folks. Recommend!!!

Went with my kiddo for the school field trip. Had fun playing putt putt and he had fun.

Beware. Next Level Grill is not what it once was. I traveled from Fort Worth, and our group looked forward to enjoying their brunch during the rodeo every year, but this year was terrible. With a new chef, the food was subpar. It sat under heat lamps for too long, resulting in some of our group finishing while others waited for 10 minutes. The waitress was slow to serve us and took 20 minutes to bring us mimosa glasses after receiving our tower. It took an hour for our food to arrive after ordering. The pancakes were undercooked, the cheese fries were unappetizing from being under the warmer lamp for too long, and the queso was terrible. They didn’t bring us silverware until 10 minutes after we asked upon receiving food, so we had to get up and grab it ourselves after waiting. Drinks were constantly empty. We will not be back due to the terrible service and decline in food quality.

Queso was cold, asked for it to be reheated and still came out cold. Actually, all of our food came out cold but at this point we were over it. Pancake was undercooked. No silverware had to get it ourselves. Got the mimosa tower, but didn’t have glasses for 20 mins after receiving the tower.

The people here are awesome, there’s so much to do, the food is always hot in the beer is always cold. And you can rent out the virtual sports room and watch any sporting event that you want and you can rent it out for a party. Go here now! You’re gonna have a good

Waited 2 hours for food. Waitress served drinks and never came back to check on us. No explanation why it took 2 hours for food. Plus, it was not busy!
