Came into San Angelo for a family visit. NobiliTea was mentioned so we flocked on over and grabbed some refreshments for the road.

Black coconut tea from the tea bar with coconut boba is my favorite. The staff is a sweet, great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We love Nobilitea! I love the sweet mint with a scoop of blueberry boba. During the fall the sweet maple pecan is amazing! I love the fun energy teas with each season. I do miss the Texas Bluebonnet that use to come out in the spring/summer menu. My son loves going in and playing whatever tic tac toe game they have for the season.

Great place to stop for tea! AJ, the manager, bent over backward to make sure I got all the ingredients for the Taro Temptation recently. She was out of the real boba pearls but sent me to the other store with the drink part where a canister of boba was waiting for me!
Today, my husband and I stopped before our drive home. Amari, our server, created a drink for my husband that tasted like his beloved (yet retired) WatermelonMojito drink. He even said it was the best one he had ever had.
Recently, the employees seem so excited to be there. Amari seemed to really love his job and was super friendly.
Last, but not least, they ALWAYS have clean restrooms. ?
They water down the gallon teas for one. They use a Walmart brand energy drink that they pass off as their own, for two. The manager doesn’t know how to do her job and if you work there then quit, they don’t pay you!

It was an okay but we had to wait for a while, probably like 10 minutes. We were not that mad at the time because the teens working there seemed new and were very nice. They had us remind them of what drinks or Boba we wanted a couple times but it still gets a pretty good review because even after the wait, the drinks were worth it.

I absolutely love Nobilitea and the manager AJ! She makes the best drinks and is the kindest person! I always watch her running around working hard helping and mentoring her employees but also always takes the time to say hi! It’s hard to find this kind of customer service!

The past few times i’ve placed orders for two drinks have taken 15-25 minutes, and they seem to make one drink at a time, from different orders? I placed an order for three drinks once and they bring out two and then bring out someone else’s order who ordered after me, and then proceeded to start my last drink. There’s usually two people working, but even with two, if an issue arises, they both stop what they are doing and both focus on that problem, instead of having someone continue the drinks. I know this isn’t a starbucks, but I don’t want to regularly wait 20 minutes for two drinks ?♀️.

I visit this location at least twice a week, and usually, it's a great experience. One of the tea baristas, Maddi, consistently makes me feel welcome and prepares drinks exceptionally well. I've also noticed she’s effective at resolving any issues that arise with other customers. However, recently, Maddi hasn't been around as much, and the overall experience seems less consistent, which would drop my rating to a 2.5 when she isn’t working.
