The email says print or show this email on your mobile device to redeem your free birthday bundtlet. But I was told that they would not unless I have the app on my phone and signed up for Rewards. It does not say that on the email anywhere so be prepared to put yet another app on your phone. The employee, and I think the manager, were pretty ugly about it. You think they would tell you and say "We'll honor it this one time." If they had done that I probably would have downloaded the app, but now I will no longer do business there. Also, while I was there, the young woman who acted like she was the manager appeared very ageist towards an older employee, talking down to her in public in front of customers.

I stopped by to redeem my free bundlet birthcake. The email I received stated, show email in bakery. I did just that only to be told, that have to have the ap. The young gentleman stated, he would get in trouble for giving me the cake without the ap.
I would love to know if the emails come from corporate or at the local store level?!?
I have been patronizing this store since it opened. After today and the way I was treated, I will NO longer do business with them.
I am also a firm believer in paying cash when possible, so there is no reason for me to download the ap when I’ve always walked in placed my order and paid cash.

I went in for the buy one get one free and unfortunately the worker did not scan my coupon he stated it did not work and he manually entered the coupon however I then asked how will my points be added on for this purchase and he stated I’m sorry I should have asked for your phone number but I didn’t so there is nothing I can do now so I then said ok and left. Think I might be giving this place a break for a while very dissatisfied on the interaction

Very disappointed as I went in today to get a cake I was close to the closing mark but the cake was already made in the case… when I asked if I could get a birthday cake topper the lady replied “uhhh we’re almost closed” I don’t think it would’ve taken more than a minute to put it on but after that response I left without a cake! They are too expensive to be left plain especially for a birthday. Very rude!

I have nothing bad to say about the cakes or the shop itself. The cakes are always to die for.. never a time they don’t taste the same. So yummy and something your whole party will love. The things they sell are also so cute and reasonably priced. Cute options for last minute birthday gifts. I don’t know the girls name, but she wears glasses and she just makes you feel not welcomed. We ordered a 10in cake and when she brought it out, placed the cake on the counter with such an attitude. Doesn’t smile or welcome you in.. just “How can I help you 😐” we also wanted our cake dressed and when we told her that she was like, “oh you want it fully dressed 😐” This is the only employee that has given me a unwelcoming feeling. Other than that, great cakes & service.

We love this place! We have four kiddos and they always request a birthday cake from here too! Everything we have tried throughout the years has been great and the cupcakes are always fresh. We would come more often, but I'm trying to get the weight off, not more on. But, when you are in the mood for a treat you can't go wrong coming here.

Had ordered a few cakes for a birthday party a while back but when I got there to grab them the customer service was horrible. The cakes were messy they weren’t decorated right or anything very sloppy job in my opinion. As well as management having employees decorating cakes while sick is not sanitary. Before I stop here I’ll go to Walmart for my cakes.

This has to be one of the best places in San Angelo! Everyone is so friendly and everyone looks so happy working there. Everyone is always smiling and courteous. This bakery is one of the most cleanest in San Angelo.
Cakes are always moist and deliciously perfect.
I saw a recent review which was not accurate at all. It looked like it was made probably by an employee that no longer works there. Shame on you! Karma comes to those who are ugly!
