We were in the mood for steak, thinking of new places to try. Should have read reviews before driving out. Mushroom appetizer good but served lukewarm. Steaks came to us not very hot, again prob sat in the kitchen. My steak had no flavor, added salt twice. Spouse requested onions on his, it had flavor. My bake potato was not fresh, brown. The Gin and Granary, located in Wall, Texas just outside of San Angelo, offers amazing food and service. The waitress was fantastic, and the salad bar was a highlight. Guests enjoyed dishes like chicken fried steak and smothered hamburger steak. While some found minor issues with the food temperature, overall, it's a recommended stop for a satisfying meal.
