Food was great. Took us 20 minutes to get our drinks & much much longer to get our food. I felt bad for our waiter since you could tell the issues were obviously coming from the kitchen. Several tables around us were being brought different food, as their orders were incorrect. It usually is great food & great service. The ladies room stunk to high heaven. It always smells like sewer.

We’ve gone to Outback several times and had a pleasant experience. Tonight, our server, Major, was great but we were extremely disappointed to have six very young, unattended, children put in a booth behind us when there were multiple open further away. They were very misbehaved and the 12 adults with them but sitting across the way did nothing to stop them from throwing things, yelling, and having sword fights with their silverware and plates. It made for a very unpleasant evening trying to celebrate with family before our son heads back to school.

The food was great. My issue is with our server. She was so young and needs better training when it comes to customer service. I originally told her that I was going to order my two sides plus add a side salad. Well after she brought my salad i told her I changed my mind and I wanted my salad to be one of my sides, i didn't mind the additional cost. She then told me it was to late that I couldn't do thatand that i had to have my two sides.....oooookkk. then she brought me my drink after I was almost finished with my food so I asked for a to go cup. Yes it was a alcoholic drink, but i was thinking it's better to not drink and drive and that i would take it back to our room to drink. She then had her manager come to me, made me pour my drink from the to go cup back into the regular cup and told me I had to drink it there. Our server was absent our entire meal and then she wants to be in my business when I'm literally walking out the door. So the staff there rather me down my drink cause it was closing time and drive then to put it in a to go cup without the straw. It just blew my mind. I have been in the food industry for 20 plus years, I'm not rude by any means and I would of handled that situation completely different. I'm not the one to write a review. Let alone a bad review, this being my first ever. Needless to say i def feel stone type of way leaving, i will not recommend

Me and my wife decided to go to outback tonight cause we’ve always loved the place. It was pretty busy but we were able to get a table in about twenty minutes our server was lovely and gave us great service. Our only issue was the steaks. We both ordered medium and the steaks came out rare. I assume it was just because of how busy the place was. Our waitress asked multiple times if she could take them back to cook longer but we declined as we were already pretty full on cheese fries and didn’t really mind eating the steaks as they were. Whom I believe was the manager later came by and apologized and even took one of our steaks off of our bill without us even asking! We are so appreciative of the hospitality we received and will definitely be coming back. 👍

Not a local. I ate at this location a few years ago while passing through. It wasn’t bad. Tonight was a different story. I ordered the prime rib. The waiter said it was medium rare, which was fine. He then came back and said it was actually blue. He offered to sear it to raise tge temperature, but I declined. I then ordered an 8oz sirloin. It was terrible. Tough and flavorless. I managed to eat about half of it with a liberal application of salt and pepper, along with some mustard, but finally gave up. The baked potato and salad were fine. The poor quality of the steak will keep me from returning. I cannot recommend this location.

Kevin is the worst server/ manager ever! We come in there and spend good money. he wouldn't let me sit where I wanted to i have thousands of dollars in toys and tools on my truck. I just wanted to see it from the window he wouldn't let me have the booth because they didn't have a server lol ? in that section sounds good i would not suggest ever dealing with kevin he will spit your new food.... He needs to be fired ! I'm taking it to corporate.

Everything tasted great, the only thing I wasn't really happy with was the length of time to get our first drinks from the bar, and then I felt as I was being held hostage to get my check so I could leave, they had already cleared our dinner plates and brought our to go and we were still waiting on the check.
