Solid experience at PE San Angelo! Staff was friendly, helpful, and didn't skimp on the portions. It was clean and enjoyable.

Wasn't super impressed I love pandas but I guess it's been to long my chow mein was mostly cabbage and onions had a whole salad in their the lady who checked me out was really rude and pushy

Food is decent for the price. Rice is not the best though but lo mein is usually good.
This location actually had the Black Pepper Chicken! I ordered a Double Orange Chicken with half Fried Rice and Half Chow Mein with a Chicken Egg Roll and the food/service was phenomenal. My only issue was that there was a bit of celery stalk in my Chow Mein but I probably should’ve waited for them to make a fresh batch. Great staff and food at this location! Restrooms were clean!
