At this location it appeared the workers were a bit distracted. There was a total focus on a personal problem. This was by far the worst application of sauce on a pizza I've had at a PapaJohns. The wings were under cooked. Last you, simply had the feeling that you had interrupted something and were an inconvenience to the staff as a customer.

I am a disabled vet and we ordered our our pizzaz's from here when we got the order it was late and on top of that it was over cooked i called the store was supposed to put a credit on my phone number. So i called tonight to get that order replaced was met with rudeness from the manager i got told that my number was not under my name the guy was sarcastic rude and a over all jerk about things i asked who the GM was he said i am him then hung up after more sarcasim and rudeness.We wont eat here again and before you do think about it first ive never been treated with so much disrespect.

Ordered a 1 topping stuffed crust pizza Italian sausage topping it had mabey 2 pieces of sausage on each slice called papa johns ask for a manager and he said he is the manager told him about the situation and he sounded like I don't care attitude and said is that all I was like wow very professional so I will never go back I will take my business else where.3-7-25 at 6:30 pm is his shift today...TERRIBLE AND UN PROFESSIONAL SERVICE...

I have never been to Papa John’s before. Since they offer pizza bowls i thought i would try it out. I tried to order online but was limited to just seven toppings so I decided to go to the location and place an order. When I arrive I explained that there were 9 toppings that I wanted but was only able to add 7 on the app. I asked if I could add the other toppings if I paid for them and I was told no that was not possible and that 7 was it. I figure that I should be able to add as many toppings as I want if I am willing to pay for them. Will not try papa John’s again.

I had become a regular but not anymore, the last couple of orders where a miss asked for extra toppings only got a couple of pieces, then I decided to splurge an try the wings they had Little to no sauce( basically sausles).
Says there open till 12 am but stop taking orders at 10:30 horrible managers horrible service hope they get new employees:)

I placed my order for a large The Works, cut mushrooms, add beef, on Fri the 13th at around 5:20 , so it definitely was not busy. i picked it up and went home. The pizza was the absolute worse I have ever had from this site in over 20 years. The sauce was basically lumped up ion one side and hardly any on the other side. There was no pepperoni, the green pepper was extremely sparse, and I am just getting started. Sure don't understand such a poor product, leaving me questioning if I'll order from here again.
