i used to love papa john’s but this last time really ticked me off. i ordered a LARGE pizza with a 2 liter drink and extra sauce but only received a medium pizza ??? which i didn’t even order and the sauce but okay. when i called they said on their end it was only coming up at a medium pizza for $21 but on my end AND on the pizza box it said a Large pizza with a 2 Liter drink for $26 i tipped $4 and the delivery fee and tax it was $38 . i don’t know if they were looking at the wrong person or order but they still charged me $38 for a damn medium pizza no refund or nothing. i am never ordering from here again i’m still pissed.

Pizza 1 not cooked, called store, another order on the way... 2 hours after second order still waiting. Third manager I spoke to was rude, condescending and should never speak to a customer again until retrained and taught respectful language. All other managers were polite and respectful. Pizza we finally were able to eat safely still had issues and was not what we've had before.

Papa John's is great, I enjoy the peppers, the pizza and bread sticks. This place is usually pretty busy on the weekends nights and parking lot is older and typically packed with delivery cars for papa John's. We come here regularly and the workers tend to be very nice and do their best.

The produce the cheese was old should have been thrown away, but you used it. Banana peppers were sour, pineapple was very acidic, bacon was petrified and cheese was stale.
