I’ve been coming to this place for over seven years. Their aguas frescas have always been delicious—we usually get strawberry-banana and horchata. However, over the past three months, we’ve noticed the flavors have become watered down. On top of that, I had an awkward experience when they refused to take card payments for purchases under $10. If they want to grow their business, I would hope they invest in a card machine that accepts any purchase amount like the pinguinos paleteria mobile.

During their afternoon rush hour I came into the paleteria and bought 4 aguas frescas. The owner was the one to served me all my drinks and didn’t hear me the first time when I asked for a specific order and I had to remind her of what I was originally wanting. I left the paleteria without realizing that after “fixing”my original order she gave me the correct thing once again. I tried calling multiple times to the phone number on google and even went out of my way to go back to get my order fixed and all the workers there have harassed me and blamed me for their mistake and refused to do anything about it. Truly don’t recommend this place due to their poor customer service.
