Ordered a beef personal pan pizza yesterday from the North Chadbourne Street location. The item was less than acceptable and 3/4 wrong. No sauce or cheese on 1/2 the pizza with a meagerly 7 bits of beef topping. The 1/2 with the cheese didn't appear to have sauce, with 12 bits of beef topping, and 1/4 of that 1/2 side limited cheese. The pizza was dry and tough to chew on the slices that didn't have sauce and cheese. Too bad this review doesn't allow pictures.

The pizza was great. But we were traveling, and the indoor dining experience was less than desirable.Eating inside, our pizza was served in a box. No plates. We were finally given forks and napkins. Bottled drink, but we were given 7 Oz cups with ice! No refills, and since the kids had been playing basketball, everyone was thirsty. We were given the impression we should have taken our boxed, $62 meal and gotten the hell out there! Cold. Sterile. Certainly not the Pizza Hut of my youth. It is a shame I cannot experience the memories I have of Pizza Hut with my kids. Open your dining rooms back up!Let America live! You are not a To Go kind of establishment!Pizza is best eaten hot!Be that restaurant! Not what you've become!Shameful

I ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom with extra mushrooms. When my pizza arrived there weren't any mushrooms let alone extra so I called spoke to the manager on duty he reassured me I would have a credit pending for the pizza. When I tried to get my credit/pizza they do not honor what the other guy said. Poor customer service

Pizza was good. Dine in service was pretty much non existent. No fountain drinks and team seemed to ignore us for 5 to 10 minutes. They were polite. they were simply not focused on guests.
The employees were very friendly! I was in and out in no time!

Very depressing experience. They've pretty much gotten rid of the whole dine in experience. No table service anymore. You have to order at the counter. The order comes to go as in boxed up for delivery even though you're dining in. Paper plates. They no longer offer parmesan cheese, you have to buy.

If that was a $14 large pizza(3 topping special) Id hate to see a smaller size Pizza here. It was bare minimum at best. I guess it'll be another 10 years before I give PH a chance again. VERY POOR QUALITY PIZZA. Toppings were sparse and cheese was almost non existent.
