Food is good, as usual for a Cane's, biggest issue is service inconsistency. Every time they forget a whole part of the order, such as a whole combo, sauces, or substitutions. Very disappointing.

It used to be really good but this is the 3rd curbside in a row in the last week we're I waited over 30 min and no food. I have to walk in everytime to get it now and by the time it happens my food is so cold. Their excuse is being busy but the lobby is always empty so if you go just walk into the store.

Best customer service ive seen in many places around town, kids always happy and friendly!!! Always greeted with a smile and kind words, love this place.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Canes is my absolute favorite fast food restaurant and they have the best tasting food than any other chicken place around, and the staff is always in a good mood. Stop going to anywhere else and just go to Canes. Your mouth will thank you.

This makes five times in a row that I've asked for no ice and recieved extra ice. Why does this keep happening? Is it communication between staff? Is it on purpose? Make it make sense.

I placed the order and the order was wrong. The girl who took my order was very nice but they were so busy they were trying to rush the order to get it correct.
