I travel to San Angelo once a month and eat at different places. I ordered wings and the sliced pickles and they were not good. Not sure why this restaurant has such a high rating. Pickles were disgusting, wing were not good. Waited 45 minutes for 12 wings!!! Restaurant was full of smoke. I don’t recommend this place.

The wings were fantastic! Nice and juicy, not dry whatsoever. The Texas heat wings were tasty, but not super spicy. The Volcano wings were absolutely covered in sauce. Will absolutely be returning!

Food took longer then what the time it said was supposed to be ready at. The fries they only give you a small amount like 10 fries & they weren’t even seasoned at all. Do no recommend

Excellent food and flavor. The tacos were bomb. Bbq was on point, right amount of flavor.
I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. I work in Midland and live around Houston. I finally got a chance to stop in. I ordered the 5 tender plate, it’s the crunchy ranch seasoning (with tater tots), the spicy pickles, and some fried fish.
The chicken tenders had a great flavor and they were fried well. I enjoyed them. They get an 8/10
The spicy pickles were interesting. Though I did kind of like them, they were just not for me. I’m not sure what the seasoning was. I got a little bit of a Tajin vibe. 5/10
The fish was by far my favorite! It was seasoned well and fried perfectly,! I really enjoyed the fish. 9.5/10 Thank you to the grand daughter for that suggestion

I also had wings, they were delicious. Took a little while to get my food but it was worth the wait. Atmosphere was pretty standard for a bbq joint but it was super smoky inside the building, they could probably use a ventilation system upgrade. Would go back again.

I also had wings, they were delicious. Took a little while to get my food but it was worth the wait. It was okay. My husband and I had the shack Tacos. They ran out of tortillas so they offered something else which we just asked for some extra tots. The garlic Parmesan was good when we could taste it, it seemed like they were under seasoned but the lemon pepper seemed to be over seasoned. I feel like it would have been really good if it was seasoned the right amount as the chicken itself was good. The lobby didn’t seem the cleanest but the staff was really nice.
Our clothes also smelt heavily of smoke when we left, probably from the bbq side of the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: I didn’t see a kids menu but tbh I wasn’t search for one very hard. I ordered some of the Mac n cheese. It was good but may be spicy for some kids as it did have some.
The high chair we got didn’t really have a way to buckle our kid in so he kept sliding down.

I am in town visiting and the company didn't send my complete order, which was delivered right as they were closing, so, of course, I could not get the rest of my order. I ordered the chicken and tots, which had old end-of-the-shift tots with no fork to eat them with, and the order of spicy pickles I paid for, apparently fell out of the car on the way because I never received them.
Now, in all fairness, someone did call me representing their company and vowing to make it right. If that is indeed what happens, I will gladly amend this post. Until then...

I got the gold lemon pepper tenders and mac and cheese. Both were good, but I'd get the tenders with light seasoning next time. It was kinda a lot. However, it was good. Will come again.
