The food was absolutely horrible. No taste, old stale bacon and sausage, eggs were runny and uncooked. The waitress rolled her eyes when we requested our syrup to be warmed up. The place is dirty. Would not recommend going there.

Immediately when walking in, it was hot and felt grimy. A lot of the tables were still dirty. I had to clean our table off and hunt down a waitress so I could wipe our table off. The booth seat was torn up and we sat there for nearly 10 mins before the waitress came back to get our drink order, even though it was the same waitress who wiped the table down. Before she got our order, she acknowledged a customer sitting behind us, who came in well after we did. The window sill next to our table was caked in dirt and grime and there was a dead cockroach under our table. I took my kid to the bathroom and saw the AC was set it 68, but it was 79 in the restaurant, and I could see the AC vent was completely covered in dust. Food was ok, it’s been better in the past. After we eat, I was curious what their health score was. I saw their last health inspection was in May, and they scored a 73!!!! I used to love Roxie’s, but I won’t be going back now.

One of my favorite haunts in San Angelo. Spent many mornings here on standby with my coworkers devouring steak and eggs and huevos rancheros.
Their oatmeal was great and plentiful. It wasn't that one minute stuff you make at home.

Ok food. Took a while to get waited on. The portions were really small. Probably won't go back.

This diner used to be a good place to eat. When we drove up, there was hardly anyone there. That should've been our first clue because it's usually packed and you can't hardly find a parking place. The waffle was almost burned, I asked for eggs VERY over easy. They were over hard, The hash browns were cooked in old grease. The whole experience was the worst I've ever had there.

The place is run down and filthy. The food was ok, filling but nothing special. The condition of the dining room makes me really question the cleanliness and condition of the kitchen. Oh and if you use the filthy restroom, you're not supposed to flush the TP. 😳

Cute little diner. Breakfast was so so. I got potatoes instead of hash browns- bad mistake. They taste like last nights left over baked potatoes. Rest of food was okay but really didn’t have a lot of flavor. Just nothing to make me want to come back. Waitress didn’t come over unless I called her over.. she seemed to be more interested in her phone.
