The staff was friendly and service was okay but the food was not good. Way too salty they use too much soy sauce and the vegetables are over cooked and so were the egg rolls. If they fix those issues it would get a better rating.

Great service! Great food! Very clean with huge servings.
Absolutely love this place. We come all the time! Only complaint is today the chicken was completely inedible. It was cut wrong and very chewy. I could only eat the rice and veggies. Just a little heads up to train your prep team! Other than that, I will be back!!
Always make the food correctly, very polite at the window and even when they are busy the food is brought out in a decent time frame!!!

This one of those places you could NEVAAAA get tired of eating there. I'm going to give Changs A whole 100 🌟 review.. oh and they have these desert egg rolls... something like this cherry or strawberry filling inside egg roll wrap with cinnamon and sugar on the outside and a creamy caramel dipping sauce... quit playing that was delicious.. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S.....!!!!

I was there July 18th 2025 and picked up drive thru fried rice and egg rolls. Fried rice was black or burnt and the egg rolls were soggy dripping of grease. I was there today July 25th 2025 picked up exactly the same thing same drive thru and the rice was perfect light brown and the egg rolls were crispy no oil dripping. Not sure if they fired the cook or if it is just HIT and MISS.

We love Señor Chang’s and eat there anytime we are in San Angelo. I stopped on today, and the chicken and steak Hibachi bowl was delicious.
They have a Biscoff dessert egg roll that is amazing! Wow!
