I’m a little late on this review. Last week my wife and I weren’t able to get a reservation for a time that worked for us. The co owner Brittni and her Husband the Chef/other co owner went out of their way to make a time that would work for us! All of the food was excellent and we got amazing service from Brittni. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to have a fine dining experience in San Angelo with great service!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Una! The staff is attentive and the restaurant is intimate. We started with the Elote Ribs - this is my new favorite food. I could have eaten them all night. Main course was Ox Tail and Crab Cakes. Both were flavorful and presented nicely on the plate. The sides were the stars. We had risotto and brussel sprouts - both were super yummy. Definitely will be back here in the near future.

Delicious! It was our 5 year anniversary and they even opened early to work with our babysitter schedule. Super nice staff and the food was amazing. Our first time having ox tail and we loved it. Thank you Chef Gabriel!

An exquisite little gem here in San Angelo. My husband, son and I had the pleasure of dining here last night while passing through. I called and made my reservation and I was told it was BYOB. So I hit up the local wine store and got a beautiful bottle of wine to go with our delicious meal. No doubt I saved money because I never would have been able to afford that bottle at a restaurant. This is fine dining from the preparation to the presentation. Our waitress/hostess was the wife of the chef and it was just the two of them so it was a much more personal experience. Everything on the menu sounds delicious, for our appetizers we shared arancini, peach and burrata salad with crab cakes, and our mains were filet mignon, ox tail, and duck breast, for sides we shared the house potatoes and the smoked cheddar mac. Everything was absolutely delicious but the ox tail makes you want to slap yo momma! We didn't get to dessert but it has to be amazing.

My wife and I love eating at Una at the Silo House. The food is amazing and the experience of eating in a remodeled grain Silo is so unique. We have brought friends and family to Una many times as the food is always consistently delicious. As an appetizer I recommend the Elote Ribs though you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Glad to have this wonderful restaurant in San Angelo.

Light, airy, healthy, with farm-fresh offerings, a riot of vegetables on the plate, a frisson of frisée. UNA at the Silo is consistently great tasting food on steroids: bursting in in quality, presentation, and flavor. I've dined globally in beautiful restaurants and this is one of my two favorite restaurants of all time. Highly recommend.

What a great find! We had an awesome dining experience here. The salmon was perfect as was the risotto. Spicy tuna appetizer was a great before dinner treat. Service was just as good as the food. We will definitely be visiting again! Congratulations on a great restaurant!

This was an amazing dinner! We came for a wedding anniversary, and everything was so delicious. The chef even made special accommodations since I am vegetarian. Absolutely loved every dish, and so glad we came here for our celebration!

My wife and I had a wonderful date night at UNA at the Silo House yesterday. We started off with the Elote Ribs and Seared Ahi Tuna; both of which were very tasty. For the Main Course we decided to split the Yard Bird and add Brussel Sprouts and Pomme Frites for sides. We enjoyed the Artisanship of the beautifully staged plates and the amazing flavor of each plate. This is a unique dining experience in San Angelo and I would highly recommend UNA for your next date night or dinner out with friends. If you enjoy a glass of wine with your meals be sure to bring your own bottle as they are working on getting their license.

So last night, fiance' and I made a venture into the old Silo House Restaurant in San Angelo now titled UNA at the Silo where Chef Guttierez and wife Brittni are putting out phenomenal plates of food that rock the palate. For now, it's BYOB until their TBAC is approved. The menu is anything but normal. Everything is done to perfection, crafted for flavor and quality as well as gorgeous presentation. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality and the portion. The venu retains all it's quaint, quiet, charm making it the definition of a prime date night spot. In fact, we both agree this is one of our top 3 date night spots from now on. Desserts change weekly, the menu changes seasonally. Chef, partner-owner Eric, and wife-server Brittni are a team off to a dang good start with this culinary revitalization of the Silo House.

Overall a pretty mediocre experience. The service was very poor, the waitress had to come back 3-4 times to ask what we ordered again and still ended up putting it in wrong. The food pacing was off as we received our sides 15 minutes before our entrees with no plates or ways to share them. When half of our entrees came out the food temperature was inconsistent; one was extremely hot while the other two were room temperature at best. Our final entree which was just seared tuna came out last and probably 10-15 minutes after the others. Some highlights were the roasted root vegetables and the short ribs. The low points were a bland tasteless risotto, a very unusual (not in a good way) atmosphere, and unskilled wait staff. Certainly not the fine dining experience they claim. Overall not a great experience for $200 I don't think we would come back or recommend this place to anyone else.

Best food in San Angelo Tx..Customer service is superb... If you blink, you will missed the place.. It's locate near residential area and the front is art center...

We were looking for a place to have dinner while passing through San Angelo and we found this gem.We read the menu on line and I couldn't believe it! Called for a reservation and the host said we wouldn't be disappointed. That was the understatement of a lifetime! The place is really cool. The furnishings, lighting, art works, music - everything works together. The people are great. It's more than just "friendly," they care about you and make you feel like a welcome guest. The food. I really appreciate good food, and this was some of the best I've ever had.We were so lucky to have had this amazing experience! Thank you Silo House!
