Sonic in San Angelo Texas is the kind of place where you pull up in a stall, place your order and they bring it to you in a short amount of time Food is good, staff are always nice when I drive in, and I love the Cherry Limeade. Drink sizes are from small to a 44 ounce. Many things on the menu to choose from, from breakfast to other meals throughout the day. I love the Sonic app and use it frequently, getting discounts when I order online or through the app.

For the forth time my order was not great. This time my burgers were cold. Last time the got my order wrong and the other two forgetting items , I love Sonic but it’s gone downhill I’d like some type of compensation

Have gone to this sonic a few times within the last month and last two times we’ve gone, we had the same girl take our order. Both times our order was messed up pretty bad and we spent around $25 for both of our meals together so it was a complete waste of money. She laughed the entire time she took our order this second time around and missed a drink we ordered as well as completely messed up the burger order. Definitely won’t waste time going here again due to our experience with her both times.

I ordered dinner for my family on Friday. I did not get any of the food for my combo meal. I reached out to Sonic. No offer of refund, only Sonic gift card less than I paid for the combo. I won’t be coming back here since that’s how they treat their customers.
EDIT: I did contact Sonic, as stated in my review. I think the below is an AI that automatically posts the same response on any negative review. I gave Sonic a chance to make it right, and they didn’t even offer me a a refund of my combo. Who am I supposed to reach out to, Sonic?

First we had cheese sticks tasted like rubber came back about an hour and ordered 7 burgers ice cold sent back came out worse they just reheated mixed up burgers I had jaleno juice on mine
How is it possible to have all of the added ingredients, including the sauce based on the condition of the bottom bun, below the burger? This is not how any "smash" burger I have ever eaten looks. Absolutely disgusting presentation.
I contacted the complaints group, which is through text and another indication Sonic is no longer worth the effort of going. Seriously, over $10 for the coney...
I threw away the complete order as I can not trust the sanitation and quality of prep. They had the audacity to offer 2 free burgers or a $10 gift card for over $20 worth of unedible food.

We ordered fries and a large tator tots. Both were half full which is unacceptable when you spend extra on a large. Even my medium fries was full enough to be a small. They both were luke warm and not hot at all.
Then we also ordered a Oreo blast, which only had about halfway full of Oreos and the other half was just ice cream. Not a single drop of Oreo. Basically showing it was not mixed well or mixed at all. Will not be going back to sonic.

This is the second bad experience we've had with this Sonic. The first time we wrote it off as a fluke, but today confirms how bad it is. One of the hot dogs we ordered was burnt to a crisp. The tipping point though, we found a small piece what looks and feels like a metal shaving on top of my son's kid's meal hot dog.
I'm honestly surprised how this place can pass a health inspection.

I ordered popcorn chicken with ranch and ketchup. As well as mozzarella sticks with extra marinara, I got bbq sauce with my chicken. One marinara for a medium order. No ranch and no ketchup when we asked for ranch and ketchup we were told, we could swap the marinara for it or else it would be extra charge. Terrible service will not be back.
