I think I got someone else’s burgers lol. They were pretty disgusting changes too, like one had a ton of tomato and nothing else and the others were swimming in condiments??? And the tomato one wasn’t even fully cooked except on the rims of the burger and we compared the colors of the burger to the soggy ones tooAlso I wish I hadn’t paid extra for the jalapeño and bacon I didn’t get ? I would have eaten the raw burger if it had at least had my bacon

Who ever took my order tonight is giving major attitude. They turned the lights off befor 12 and to me it seemed like they are trying to get off work early. When I was ordering the girl kept saying What else in such a rude tone and manner. Will not be coming back to this sonic. It’s not like I came last minute. She went on saying rudely it’ll be a 6 min wait as if she wanted me to say never mind. And this is 14 mins befor closing all I ordered is 3 chicken tenders. No fries no drink nothing else. I don’t see what the issue is but maybe the employees should work on there customer service skills. I will say that the carhop was very friendly so at least someone nice does work here.

The Manager Mia Mermella wrote "dumb biatch" on the receipt clearly she didn't like my daughter but why would a manager act unprofessional and then sends the carhop Yoel to throw the food and condiments at her face!! You should never act this unprofessional even if you don't like someone!! We have the video and receipt so yes I will be taking this higher!!
