While the staff are nice, I find it almost impossible to get an OK cup of regular coffee. Today they served me cold Pike Place out of the machine, then after I realized and drove back, they offered me Sumatra, which was burned.

The associate did not know how to do a pour over so I waited for them to brew a whole new thing of Pike when I specifically asked for a pour-over.

I have no idea why I still ever visit Starbucks.

This is the strangest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Always crazy music blaring inside (today was Disney process soundtrack), the staff is generally rude, and they are soooo slow. Twice they somehow lost my order. There’s a pretty obvious management issue.

The place itself isnt bad but literally every location is out of the winter drinks. .. the only reason I care to go and y'all have been out for 3 weeks. Aren't they supposed to last till like January?

This Starbucks I am giving a one star because I was shocked how the employees treated me. I didn’t wait long for my hot coffees because they just need to put in the cup. But I order 3 cake pops and a bake good. I waited 20 minutes for them. They didn’t even let me speak and only focus on the drive through. I even came to the front to ask the employees about them. They completely ignore me and continue conversation about their day with one another. And then another employee came in and saw my order (which I knew it was mine because it had my name) toss my name to the side and give it to customer in drive through. I was shocked and stare in disbelief. They only acted when they realized I saw what happened quickly they give me another. I get it was busy but I didn’t believe I would waited so long for cake pops that they give to another customers.

Super friendly staff. My boyfriend and I went early in the evening, and the staff was super energetic and welcoming. Always a nice place to visit when you're feeling tired or in need of a boost. Thank you starbucks !

I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years. It has gotten progressively worse month by month. My husband and I have both had drinks that don’t taste right here and the staff seems unwilling to care. Also, the store is very dirty.

Today was the worst, however. I ordered in the drive through and then waited at the window for over 10 minutes for my latte. The barista was not apologetic. She shrugged and told me my sticker didn’t print. They should have comped my order and didn’t. I let it go. It wasn’t worth pressing yaw issue.

However, the situation got worse when I sipped my drink once I exited the parking lot. My drink was not, in fact, a latte. It was a café au lait. I have been drinking Starbucks lattes for over 20 years. I worked as a barista at a Starbucks for 2.5 years. I am very aware of the difference in taste between an espresso drink and a drip coffee drink. In addition to that, I removed the lid and not only was there no milk foam, there was dip coffee bubbles. I mean, honestly. I don’t know what the deal is. I am not ever coming back.

Couldn't buy food because they were out of bags!
Grande pike took 20minutes!
Manager working like crazy to make up for employees lack of skill and urgency.
Manager noticed me and got my drink with apologies.

No one inside and I’m waiting 10 minutes for one drink? Is it because I work for DoorDash? Someone came in after I was here for 8 minutes and he got his in 2 seconds. Service for door dash is terrible.

Mobile order, frapp tasted straight like ice. No flavor no extra Carmel drizzle that I asked for.
Spinach fetta wrap was burnt!! Turkey bacon sandwich had one small piece of bacon. Gouda sandwich the same!! What a waist of money this morning!
