Freezing cold on the inside. I ordered a matcha with banana protein cold foam. I’ve had it before at other locations and loved it. Tasted like they didn’t whisk it AT ALL!! Very clumpy and chewy! The banana was also clearly vanilla cold foam. Staff also refused to remake my drink…

Most times the coffees are lacking ingredients. And all the time this store is way behind. Plenty of baristas but are always behind. 3 different times now I’ve ordered online and it takes them 30min or more to complete one drink. The store used to be the bomb, however it’s not anymore. Very disappointed.

Starbucks wonders why their sales are down - it is because they care about profits and do not listen to their customers
They make the drinks they want
I asked lite ice - I do not like a watered down coffee, the drink is an inch or more from the top of the cup not full and packed full of ice
I wish 7 Brew was more convenient on this side of town as they listen to customers and make the Fri is the way you ask

I would give a zero star if I could. Ordered on the app and went to pickup my order and they started all three drinks and kept stopping and fixing other drinks ahead of us. We were the only people there. The person working there got mad when we asked and dump our drinks out. The manager was even worse. We want be going back to that star bucks.

This is the best Starbucks in San Angelo by far. They always make my drink correct, they always have positive attitude every single barista in there is always so sweet so nice and always remakes my drink if I have a problem.

I order coffee at Starbucks regularly. Today the staff who made my coffee were not satisfied. My coffee lacked light caramel drizzle. If they did it again, they put a lot of caramel in it. I drank it later. I bought that coffee for $8-9. I'm not begging them, so why are they so mean to me? They didn't apologize to me and showed their respect for the customer.

While the staff are nice, I find it almost impossible to get an OK cup of regular coffee. Today they served me cold Pike Place out of the machine, then after I realized and drove back, they offered me Sumatra, which was burned.

The associate did not know how to do a pour over so I waited for them to brew a whole new thing of Pike when I specifically asked for a pour-over.

I have no idea why I still ever visit Starbucks.

This is the strangest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Always crazy music blaring inside (today was Disney process soundtrack), the staff is generally rude, and they are soooo slow. Twice they somehow lost my order. There’s a pretty obvious management issue.

The place itself isnt bad but literally every location is out of the winter drinks. .. the only reason I care to go and y'all have been out for 3 weeks. Aren't they supposed to last till like January?

This Starbucks I am giving a one star because I was shocked how the employees treated me. I didn’t wait long for my hot coffees because they just need to put in the cup. But I order 3 cake pops and a bake good. I waited 20 minutes for them. They didn’t even let me speak and only focus on the drive through. I even came to the front to ask the employees about them. They completely ignore me and continue conversation about their day with one another. And then another employee came in and saw my order (which I knew it was mine because it had my name) toss my name to the side and give it to customer in drive through. I was shocked and stare in disbelief. They only acted when they realized I saw what happened quickly they give me another. I get it was busy but I didn’t believe I would waited so long for cake pops that they give to another customers.
