Just not a great experience for me this morning. No acknowledgement when I walked in. A barista was a foot away from me and did not say a word. I understand that Starbucks gets a lot of online orders, but how about y’all take a moment to take care of the walk in customers. I should not have wait long for an americano. There were 4 baristas and it appeared they were all focused on the drive thru and online orders. Normally I would have just waited, but I could not this time, so, yes, I will admit, in a huff, I asked for my cup and left. I’m not proud of that and apologize for it. But, I guess I am just used to better customer service from Starbucks.

I went into Starbucks to sit down and work on my computer and study a while.

During that time I got a call and I wore my AirPods so I didn't disturb anyone.

They had the music playing so loud, that even with the noise, cancellation features of the AirPod pros, I was still covering my ears, trying to carry on a decent conversation.

If I wanted to go to a rock concert, I would go to a rock concert!! I've been shopping at this Starbucks for three years… Not anymore.

We come to this this starbucks multiple times per week as it is the most convenient but it is hit and miss. Sometimes the drinks are great, sometimes they are almost undrinkable or like today the cups will be half empty. I would of had them remake it had I of had the time, but I didn't. When you are paying so much for the drinks, but often get 1/2 - 3/4 of the cup, or can't drink it as they make it completely different tasting than it normally is, gets ridiculous. Also, half the time the app shows they are out of many things, but if you go inside they have the items/ingredients.

Definitely the only Starbucks location here for me. The location offers a very comfortable atmosphere and the staff is on top of things, top tier service!

The matcha is never blended quite right. If you drink matcha you know that if you get clumps of it it’s bitter. ;(

i been coming to this starbucks for awhile normally they do good but today NO. i got a vanilla bean frap when i paid extra for a caramel ribbon crunch with no coffee they charge you more for no coffee! they took 20 minutes to make 2 drinks when they wasn’t even busy and literally got it wrong🤦🏻‍♀️ also lied to us saying it’s a caramel ribbon crunch when it’s obvious it’s a vanilla bean and denied too fix it. worker that “helped” us his name is eden.

Normally I have great experiences here but the one drink I get here that is ALWAYS messed up is the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shake Espresso. No matter when I go or what day or time I get it, it's always made wrong. It always seems to just be mostly milk (it even look almost all white like all milk). I'm not sure what the issue is and I hope this review makes it to them so they can fix it because I'm always in the drive thru and in a hurry so I never have them fix it. I've just stopped getting that drink from here. Please fix that drink here. Thank you!

I've been going to Starbucks for awhile and it's hit and miss. I just don't see how they want us to pay so much for a coffee and not even have the cup full. I understand they leave room for cream but I don't need 2 inches of cream in my coffee. This happens more than it should and it's getting a little ridiculous.

Downright Horrible disaster! Packed house of paying customers who waited well over an hour for a simple cup of coffee. Continued to take orders, knowing they couldn't meet the demand, which compounded the disgust for all who where waiting. Poor, poor management.
