Normally I have great experiences here but the one drink I get here that is ALWAYS messed up is the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shake Espresso. No matter when I go or what day or time I get it, it's always made wrong. It always seems to just be mostly milk (it even look almost all white like all milk). I'm not sure what the issue is and I hope this review makes it to them so they can fix it because I'm always in the drive thru and in a hurry so I never have them fix it. I've just stopped getting that drink from here. Please fix that drink here. Thank you!

I've been going to Starbucks for awhile and it's hit and miss. I just don't see how they want us to pay so much for a coffee and not even have the cup full. I understand they leave room for cream but I don't need 2 inches of cream in my coffee. This happens more than it should and it's getting a little ridiculous.

Downright Horrible disaster! Packed house of paying customers who waited well over an hour for a simple cup of coffee. Continued to take orders, knowing they couldn't meet the demand, which compounded the disgust for all who where waiting. Poor, poor management.

I’ve been here for about 10 minutes and not one of the 5 people behind the counter has greeted me or any other customer standing here waiting for an order. I heard one barista swearing as he/she complained about how busy it is. Nobody knows that I'm looking for my order as nobody has looked up to ask what I'm waiting on or even to say hello. I’ve watched other customers pack their own orders into drink holders, put sleeves in their cups, grab straws from behind the counter and put stoppers into their drinks. I’m disappointed.

I ordered a simple cup of coffee through the app and still had to wait 20 minutes. Meanwhile, people came in well over 10 minutes after I showed up, they ordered and were served immediately. Using the app was useless and frustrating. App will be deleted...

I am someone who goes to Starbucks at least 4 times per week and I can confidently say this stairs has the worst service ever! I placed mobile order for one drink and one food order. I’d say it was an average day as far as business goes. I stood in the store waiting in my order for 20 minutes listening to Ben talk trash about customers and telling other employees they are busy and people just need to get over it. After 25 minutes I asked about my order. Ben told me I need to be patient and he will get to it. I asked about the wait time and he said Mobil iorfers go last and that’s how it works. I asked the name of the manager and Ben told me they don’t have one. After 30 minutes my food and drink were ready. The food was cold and the drink was made wrong. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this particular Starbucks.

Stopped by Starbucks on 5651 Sherwood Way San Angelo Tx. Placed an order at drive thru for a grande pumpkin spice late. Noticed my cup felt almost half empty. When I opened up the lid I got an incomplete order of pumpkin spice latte. Don’t know why people want to work at Starbucks if they can’t correct orders. This type of service gives Starbucks a bad, bad reviews. People want to get what they pay for!!!!

Doordashed myself starbucks to my job, just to receive my drink like this. No sign of a spill, (sticky tab they put on the lid wasn’t tampered with either) so I know it wasn’t the dasher, but negligence from the establishment and employee who made this drink. Thankfully doordash refunded me, but I would advise not to order delivery from here. To think this was a $14 drink, and they couldn’t even fill it up? Lazy & incompetent.

I went to Starbucks and I asked for a ham and cheese croissant they said they were out I didn’t think much of it but then I asked for cheese danish and AGAIN they said they didn’t have any I love Starbucks but restock your food I was really looking forward for a ham and cheese croissant?‍?

Your average Starbucks, convenient next to the highway. Staff is helpful and friendly.I don't know what going on with the air vent, but it's spitting out dust on the wall and speaker. Maybe the cleaner is dead?
