Hey subway don't send out coupons if there's only certain sandwiches they fall under! Don't go here for Salads! They cost more then the subs! I'll go to a nice restaurant for a salad for the price y'all charge.

This place was something else. One guy who obviously has something going on with him mentally and the supervisor in the back that literally did nothing to help this poor kid. There was a line at the drive thru and a line inside. He asked for help 3 times and the manager did nothing but sit in the back. After sneezing accidentally into our sandwiches we were disgusted and we decided to leave and go down to the other location on bryant blvd. The manager was so nice and accomodating over there. Go to Bryant Blvd. This place was a crap shoot.

I ordered a foot long chicken bacon ranch and a foot long chocolate chip cookie thing off of the subway app. Should’ve been simple and easy right? Wrong. I get there and tell them I have a online order at the drive thru and still seemed fine. As I pulled up though in the line there was just 2 cars in front of me. It took them 30 minutes to just get through those 2 cars in front of me then an additional 10 just to finally get my food. The entire 10 minutes I’m there only one person spoke to me and it was to ask again what I was there for. So then throughout the 10 minutes I’m there at the window no one ever comes to tell me that THEY ARE OUT OF RANCH! You know, a third of the ingredients on my sandwich. They tell me this right as they hand me my food too! I was already fed up and tired with the horribly long wait that I didn’t even think to check that they also forgot the footlong cookie. Like I’m sorry but please communicate with your customers who Have been waiting 40 MINUTES! I normally love subway but this has just pissed me off beyond belief (enough for me to actually leave a review which I never do). After this experience I’ll be going to any other subway than this location.

This place was a train wreak!We just left one subway cause it was dirty walked into this one and they screamed their systems were down no credit cards , ok no biggie! Wow, 2 guys 1 lady supervisor, they were clueless. People were getting mad and walking out they were so slow it was like they were all so stoned!
used dirty knives to cut our sandwiches , prepping countertops were nasty and slow slow slow! I would say at least 10 people walked out while we were there and we would have if we wouldn't have started our order. 25 mins to get 2 sandwiches made (veggie delight and a tuna) .
San Angelo would be a good place for a Subway! :)
Our Subway in Denver City sux but they are rock stars compared to these places!

Went through the drive thru to just get one sub. The girl inside said "be with you in just a moment". So we waited...and waited...and waited. 25 minutes later we decided to pull around to the window and someone came to the window and pushed it closed then just walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. They really need to get rid of these workers and hire people that actually want to work. This is the 3rd rude experience at this location and will never go back to this one again. We will drive to the knickerbocker location from now on where there is better service and better quality.

I went to this location to get just a footlong sub, like I do frequently. I use the coupons I get in the mail & have never had a problem. This time the guy said I don't think we take this. There's a sign on their drivethru window that says "This location does not participate in the National $6.99 Meal Deal promotion." I said I'm just getting a sub-not the meal deal. He went and asked the supervisor & they said no. The meal deal is a coupon-less promotion where you get a 6" sub, a drink & chips or a cookie. I ordered a footlong only. They should have honored the coupon. I know it's petty over $2, but I'll drive across town to another location from now on.

The 2 young women working are cold and rude. I asked my sandwich not to be toasted but I had bacon. I asked if they would please heat the bacon and the response I got was, "you said not toasted " they are just rude and upset to be there. They said,"we've been here since 8 and we're tired of being here. But they make us come in at 740 but can't clock in til 8. This place sucks." And from their attitudes and lack of customer service, I agree.
