This was just pure laziness, manager was no help at all. No refund for a FL I paid for because my husband took it to work with him out of town to only found out there was absolutely no meat in this sandwich.

I placed a mobile app order and paid for my order due to time restraints. I arrived 10 minutes after the ready time to pick my order up through the drive-thru. I waited 15 minutes in the line at the drive-thru before anyone would answer. Finally I determined let the speaker was broken. So I drove back around and was in store only to realize they had not even begun my order. The clerk was also not very friendly and told me I could cancel my order if i felt like they had taken too long. I'm sorry but the whole reason to call in a mobile order is so that you don't have to wait and it's fast and convenient which defeats the whole purpose when you have to come inside and when you have to wait almost 30 minutes. For the most part I refrain from giving negative reviews unless absolutely unnecessary however this has happened multiple times at this location.

Atmosphere is relaxed but feels like a ghost town and slightly outdated for dine in. Staff friendly. Food is fresh and delicious. I use my app and usually get the same BFH toasted on Italian Herbs & Cheese.

After having a horrible experience down the road at another subway. This one was a whole different experience. The manager was so nice and down to earth. She deserves a raise.

I went in the store on 1/6/25 at 9PM and the man working acted like he did not want to be there and made it very clear. I looked at them and asked to try their NEW Baja chipotle chicken. He looked at me like I was stupid and said he didn’t know what I was talking about . I pointed at the large picture on the menu and told him I was referring to the new sandwich. The guy doesn’t even turn around to look at the menu and just asks me what bread I want and refuses to just make what the menu said. He kept asking me what I wanted on the sub and just completely ignored me. Very very rude

I normally don't review fast food because I know we all have our bad days but.... don't go to this location if you can help it. 3 of my 4 subs were wrong (like completely nothing correct except for the meat and bread were correct) The male worker said they were out of the foot long cookies but still charged me $6. I had to go back in after I got home to get them re made. Guess what happened...they still tried to make them wrong right in front of my husband who then had to take over and walk them through everything :( when we asked about the refund for the cookie a female worker said"oh we have them" ??♀️ turns out they just needed to throw one in the toaster oven. Very disappointed for the amount of money this franchise charges. Better just to make at home honestly.

The individual who worked last night kept me waiting in the drive thru due to another customer, for 25 minutes. I checked both the drive thru and the store itself and no customers were around. I will not be going to the store again.

The Hispanic girl that works nights best costumer service I've ever received at any subway in San angelo. But let me just say I just came in here about three Friday july the 5th and the white girl with blonde hair rudest person I have ever met. Nastiest attitude slamming sandwiches around . Jerking money out of my hand telling people mind you three other customers are in here " yeah I'm the only one working because one of the other people called in" and I find it very ridiculous to act that way especially when the nice Hispanic girl nearly everytime I come in is at night and she's working alone and its just as busy and she has not once ever acted that way. Don't work costumer service if you don't know how to treat costumers and especially if you don't know how to handle pressure. I was 16 years old working at subway and never not one time did I ever act that way towards anyone.
