I went there last night to do a delivery for one little salad and the lady that worked was rude unhelpful and disrespectful I will never go again and I will dang sure not pick up a delivery from there either. She just threw the food at me and walked to the back. Never going to the one on Sherwoodway again.

Was ordering off of the app buy 1 foot long get another 1/2 off. I had it in the app total $16.01. Tried to add a card to pay/ wouldn’t let me. Went to the subway had the guy make my order was fine. Went to pay $32 and change. Called the manager Sarah to ask for the discount as the app wouldn’t let me pay. “She cussed at me slurring her words and told me just pay I can’t control the app. I asked can you not enter the discount code on the computer. She yelled once again slurring her words and screaming I can’t control anything on just pay quote and “I’m reporting you”. And hung up on me. I’ll never go back to that store simply because of her attitude and lack of respect for her employees as well as customers also sounding like a drunk maniac!!! She needs to be retrained and drug tested!!!

There is a specific individual worker that has a long beard and doesn't seem to think it needs to be covered. The last time I went he made my sandwich I walked out and threw it in the trash, that was disgusting. Won't ever return as long as he's working there 🤨
And this is numerous times he has done this. Just gave up and haven't returned.

I don't know how a subway doesn't have bread? How do you not have bread? (Ordered online told me everything was in stock) This is ridiculous. Don't even try to ask for refund they never respond. If I had a nickel for each time it happened I'd almost have 50 cents. No more subway for my family i guess.

Ordered through doordash... an elite chicken sub. It is suppose to come with bacon. I OPEN IT UP AND GO TO EAT IT WHEN I notice it is ham and chicken with no bacon... I attempted to call but no one answered... I even have a picture. Had I not been at work hungry I would have thrown it away as I can't stand ham.

We walked in the store and the woman working never spoke to us, we stood in front of her and counter for 5 min and she still never spoke to us. We walked out. She had her AirPods in and ignored everything else! She was the only one there.
The ladies that work here are always nice and so friendly and get my food made fast

The workers are the rudest people on earth. Since when was rudeness acceptable in the workplace. Oh yea, with the dumbest gen z’s ever and the millennials raising such abhorrent people.
