Vic is an awesome amazing artist!! Welcomed us when we walked in the door, it was a very busy evening. He moved very swiftly, helped with online orders , and put bread in the oven while taking our order. It's not too often you can find a man that multi tasks, and let me tell you he did it Amazingly Well.. ?

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to!!! The only had Cheetos for chips and sprite or coke for sodas. They were both flat. There was trash piled up on the floor for the entire visit!! The last visit I made here they were out of tuna and meatballs by 5pm. The employee said they would make more tomorrow. All this reflects management and owners actions or lack of!!!

PLAN 'A' - not happening / PLAN 'B' - it is -My Wife and I had a bunch of Friends over for a Dinner-Snack with Chips & Dip, Fruit other Goodies and a wide variety of Drinks / Red Sangria, White Wine, Water, Flavored Soda Water, Miller Lite & Jack Daniels Black-Jack-Cola, Southern Iced Tea, Green Tea & Iced Tea. We decided that the Main Snack would be some Subway Sandwiches of different varieties that we would slice into smaller sections for our Guests to choose from. I checked with the Subway near us and the Manager there said she can do that and suggested to place the order early and pick it up on the day of the get together. I decided to wait and place the order the day of - and it's a good thing I did. On the late afternoon of the event, I stopped in at the Subway at Sherwood Way & Southland Blvd, near the house. Walked in and the girl at the Service Station Counter stated that Subway is closed for now due to them not having any bread. WOW, that's a bummer, but it can happen, now for Plan 'B' - do I have a Plan 'B' ? - So I asked her where is the nearest Subway (that was my Plan-B) and she stated there's one up Sherwood Way across from Henry's.I know where that is because we Love Henry's. Drove up there, parked and walked in and only one person ahead of me. The Counter Girl (can't remember her name, but the receipt says it's '840694', so that's what I'm going with) stated she would be with me in one-minute - and she was. Explained what I wanted on the order and about the other Subway down the street. She said 'she can do that' and that makes me very happy. 'Here is what I am ordering' - and handed her the sheet listing the types of Foot Long Subs I want, with all the ingredients - exactly like they have posted - nothing special.Six 'Foot-Long Subs'; all with Mayo & Oil.(2) ITALIAN B.M.Ts. - on Italian Herbs & Cheese Bread -Genoa Salami - Spicy Pepperoni - Black Forest Ham - with Provolone Cheese -Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Green Peppers & Red Onion.(1) COLD CUT COMBO - on Artisan Italian Bread -Ham - Salami - Bologna -Pepper Jack Cheese - with Lettuce - Tomato - Cucumber - Green Peppers & Red Onion.(1) OVEN ROASTED TURKEY - on Hearty Multigrain Bread -Roasted Turkey - with American Cheese -Lettuce- Spinach - Tomato - Cucumber - Green Peppers & Red Onion.(1) TUNA - on Artisian Italian Bread -Wild Tuna with Creamy Mayo - with Provolone Cheese -Lettuce - Tomato - Cucumber - Green Peppers - Red Onion.(1) ROAST BEEF - on Hearty Multigrain Bread -Angus Beef - with American Cheese -Lettuce - Spinach - Tomato - Cucumber - Green Peppers & Red Onion.Counter Girl #840694 began making my order and at the same time was filling the 'call-in/on-line' orders - she's busy. (note: don't ya just love it when an employer gives the employee a number to be remembered by - my, my, my) - anyway, she was Awesome and was extremely Busy - and finished my order just like it was requested. Counter Girl #840694 earned the "Five-Dollar-Bow-Tie" Award plus a tip, and Loved It. She bagged them up all nice and tight - in two bags, making it easier to carry.Arrived back home and cut the Foot Longs into Fourths then wrapped in Foil. Everyone arrived on time and the Subway Subs of choice were Very Fresh & Delicious. My Wife made special Ice Cream Balls rolled in various toppings and they were a big hit. Subway has some really good sandwiches and everyone of these were Tastyliciouslylicious good. Check one out near you and don't forget the name of the employee who helped fill your order - it's easier than referring to them as a number. Thank You #840694 - You ROCK.

Service was trash online order is a joke. Went to pick order when app said it was ready and nothing was ready. I show my whole order with confirmation it was paid for and instead of making things right three other people who had just walked in were served before my food was made. I waited a whole hour and three people later.

Went after gym a little after 7, young guy there , no other customers, I walked to counter and said HI, how you doing with a smile, absolutely NO RESPONSE, I asked for a chicken salad , his demeanor was that I was too much of a bother to him , I'm glad I asked for all the veggies cuz I get home and realized he spread a tablespoon of lettuce , bowl was half full and I paid 8 bucks. I will never let another millennial serve me again , so chances of me going back to this location ever again are zero to none!

I did an online order, which was delivered to my house. When we got our order the sandwiches were not made correctly. The tuna sandwich was drenched in mustard and mayo, loads of pickles instead of lite, American cheese instead of pepper jack, and loads of cucumbers instead of lite. The Italian BMT was not toasted, and it was drenched in ranch, bread was soggy on both sandwiches. I called the store, the manager said he had to call his boss. He called me back, said she told him I had to come up to the store with the sandwiches and then they would replace them. I paid the fees and tip for delivery, I expected the order to be correct and edible. I did not go back up to the store, and I will not do business with Subway again.

I ordered my meal 40 minutes in advance through the app and once i arrived they hadn't even started. Luckily another lady was kind enough to let me skip the line. These employees worked incredibly SLOW. If you're in a rush, go to a different subway or a different "fast food" all together. I never come to this location but i thought i would try it out since it was close to campus and another location i spend my lunch time at. I will NOT be returning to this specific subway again. I've been waiting for over 10 minutes for 2 pre-ordered sandwiches, absolutely ridiculous.

Went in at 6 pm and the only bread available was wheat bread. Had everything else I wanted but not the bread. Traveled to 2 other subway stores and each was out of something the other had. 1 was out cheese that I wanted on my sandwich, which is where I ended up getting my sandwich. The other was out of steak and didn't have a toaster to toast sandwiches. It's ridiculous that the stores aren't sharing items. My girl is a former subway manager and even she said they used to. Get your stuff together and start sharing again.

We went there late afternoon last Saturday. It wasn't particularly busy. We had not been here before and had a few questions about the person who took our order. He is the manager. He barely acknowledged us and inaudibly answered our questions about the burger of the week or month, whatever it was, and what specialty meats were served. He is neither friendly nor warm. We tried to be friendly, but he didn't budge for his unpopular stance. I actually had to ask a girl who came to the counter just to know what meat we could order. Didn't give us hope for food. However, the burgers are delicious! The fries were cold and missing the toppings ordered. However, the young man who handed us our food was friendly and nice and gave us some toppings in small cups. I would also say that we didn't receive all the signs of a pickle for a pickle. Our milkshakes are great! All in all, it's expensive to be treated as unwelcome, but the burgers and shakes are delicious! I won't order cold wet fries again. ,. I don't think I'll go back to the rude guy who made a bad spin from the start. The other guy is super nice.
