I placed my subway order through the app at 1535. Italian bmt. Not toasted. I did this in the post office parking lot. Said arrive by 1550. I got to subway at 1545. At 1550 I checked the app and it said it was ready. There were no cars in the parking lot. One person in the drive thru. Two employees. I walked up to the register and said I have a pickup for Lindsay. He said oh I’m working on that. He was working on a sandwich for the person in the drive thru. My sandwich hadn’t even been made yet. I said oh I’m sorry the app said it was ready. The other employee started working on it so I sat and waited. She packaged it up and handed it to me. It felt warm. I asked her if it had been toasted. She said yes. I said I didn’t order it to be toasted. I went ahead and took it because I don’t want to wait for them to make another one. On 3/2 we ordered through the app. Ordered regular and not toasted. Got home and both were toasted.

Nobody in the drive thru, 3 cars in the parking lot, ordered ham and cheese on white, dry, no veggies, no sauce, they were quick to take my money and then ignored me for the next 22 min until I had to call the store and ask for a refund. INSANE!
Came right before closing the girl making are food was super nice I'm assuming she was the night manager she was on top of everything, an work crew was also nice, I wish I got her name. but will next time ( I found her on another review)

I go to this location all the time because it is close to my work, everyone has always been great but... today from a guy i have never seen before not even, i get "gotta keep it par level" when i asked for more vegetables. Keep in mind he put 3 little onion slices and a wopping 2 jalapenos on my sandwich. Funny they nearly double the price of the sanwiches but a few more onions and jalapenos are gona break the bank for them.

Ordered on line. Order will be ready by 12:55. Went to get was at drive thru. We were there at approximately 12:52. We got to the window no one acknowledged us right away. Husband tapped on the window about 12:57....He said we ordered on line and was told it would be ready at 12:55. Girl said in a snappy way it'll be ready when it's done . At that time we asked for our money back. We asked for a manager. Oh she was the manager. But she would not give us a refund. It's too later. She shut the window. After another 6 minutes she came with our food. No . We wanted a refund. She told us there was only her and another person there. Someone called in sick. We told her that's not our problem. And uh yea she told us it was.She refused the refund . Long story short. She called the Cops. We told them etc. It's not over y'all. Don't visit the knickerbocker store!!

Idk who's running this place letting workers keep headphones in and then can't hear and tell customers to use their "big boy voice". Completely unacceptable and degrading for no reason. Maybe take the AirPods out so you can hear what people are saying. This location's standards has consistently gone down hill for months now.

Stop accepting online orders if you can't prepare them! Placed order in app before noon. Showed up to puck it up 10 minutes later. You haven't even started on it. 17 minutes later, she hand me a sandwich sans-serif drink and chips. Terribly managed.AVOID!

They open at 9. I couldn’t get anyone to come to the drive thru at 9:10. Went to the front, couldn’t get in, went BACK to the drive thru, it’s 9:15 at this point… Drove off and left.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place used to be pretty quick about it's service and tonight the guy told me to pull up to the window and I waited there for 20min. Both employees were attending the large number of people inside. Completely ignored the people in line at the windows. Terrible, terrible service.

Wowwwwwww.... I walked in , the 4 people that were working there immediately looked at me and yelled " WHAT'S YOUR ORDER? ONLINE? WHAT? .....I responded I'm just trying to look at the menu, and he responded with "WHAT ORDER NUMBER?" At this point I'm feeling attacked and uncomfortable so I asked my fiance if he just wanted to go and all four of them preced to flare at us. There wasn't anyone else in the store, it was scary. I'll never be back and honestly I wish I had gotten there names.before I ran out because I want to report that whole crew. WOOOOOW. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CREW SUBWAY!

Waiting 20+ mins for a turkey sandwich. No toasting just a cold sandwich. Ridiculous. Yes next time I'll make my own at home! No explanation to why it took that long. Not busy at all!

Burnt. Go to a different Subway. I put an online order in for pickup. I didn't see that my sandwich was burnt until I got home. It's so hard that it scraped up the roof of my mouth from taking a bite out of it. The photo supposed to be herb and cheese. Waste of money and time.
