I had toastadas 2 days ago. I go today at the drive thru and order some more. I'm told by an employee that they were no longer on the menu. Employee thought this was funny. If this is a fact Taco Bell I just want you to know I left you for 3 years after your last menu change.

Food used to be good and burritos portions use to be full , now the prices go up and the burrito is over half air like its a bag of chips...cant even get a decent been and cheese ...the price of it should get you more than a small scoop of refried beens and a couple sprinkles of cheese dust...baught a soft taco box and paid a crazy amount for 12 tortillas and half a small can of refried beens between all 12 and didn't even get my cheese dust that time ...dont even bother with beef and been you will likely just get bean for an up charge..not worth spending money on anymore and its insane the charge per taco to get a baby spoon of sour cream should be a crime

Horrible customer service! My husband ordered a nacho bell grande and it was left out of the bag. When he went to explain he was scolded and told by the worker that she remembered putting it in the bag. Then when he got home he called and it was implied again that he was lying. I called and the manager was talking over me and when I told her they needed to work on their customer service she hung up on me. When I tried calling back she hung up on me again and then the phone was busy. This went way too far!
