Got our whole order wrong. Asked to take off spicy stuff and paid extra to have extra nacho cheese and there was no extra and anything. Plus left all the spicy stuff on our burritos.
So, I was having a bit of a hankering for some taco bell at the ripe hour of 3:30am (if you know, you know) and this being the only taco bell open until 4, I had to visit, and fast. I drove over, and if who is on the receipt is correct, Kyle P was very patient, and quick. I wasnt sure of what I wanted, so he waited for me to order and was able to make it fast. I was in and out in like, 10 minutes! That guy is truly awesome, respectful, and the best example of taco bell service. Would make a 3 (almost 4) AM run again!

This has been my favorite Taco Bell. but this new thing of selecting drive thru on the app then being made to come inside to pick it up then having to wait because they don’t call out the name or place it on the pick up shelf is ridiculous. not to mention they don’t even start the order till you get there.

Just went inside to order a $7 meal and walked right back out to my truck because he said unfortunately, he didn't have change for a hundred. This drive thru has been nothing but bumper to bumper as I set here texting this. Pretty crappy way to send a customer across the street to Whataburger,
