Just went inside to order a $7 meal and walked right back out to my truck because he said unfortunately, he didn't have change for a hundred. This drive thru has been nothing but bumper to bumper as I set here texting this. Pretty crappy way to send a customer across the street to Whataburger,

Best Taco Bell experience I have had in a long time! Blows most other West Texas & Southeast New Mexico Taco Bells out of the water. Food was fast, fresh, and hot & drinks were cold. Keep being awesome!
I have never waited so long for fast food and they didn't even get the order right. Don't think you can even pay with cash here since there wasn't a register you had to submit your own order on a monitor. There were 4 people working in the back and still waited over 25 minutes for our food. Everything was made sloppy and the hard tacos were soggy.

The food completely sucked, the staff lied too me about food availability and when it came too me getting my order the tacos were pretty much just a few pieces of meat no lettuce, tomatoes or anything along with it being really soggy and cold and when I was taking my order the staff kept on laughing for no reason and she looked like she was on something wish I could leave a negative star if I could will definitely be reporting this to corporate

Often mixes up my order and gives me the wrong thing. I was given a flat bread taco instead of a chalupa. They are also out of things often, they need to work something out on the app that way when they are out of something it doesn't have to be randomly substituted.
My order was messed up a couple days ago. The guy was super friendly and apologetic on the phone, and I went in to get it replaced today. Told the man working assembly what happened and he didn't hesitate to make it right. They were working on a large order and truck as I got in but got everything handled pretty quickly and the drive thru lady checked on me too. Overall a good experience.
